Dear House of Liberty,

I would like to provide you with the needed information for Lagos Depot and the fees required to have it in Zone 4. The location will be disclosed privately, the base is defended with 3 weapons platforms due to the high pirate activity in the area. The use of this base is for our Research and Development Division. Please provide the bank account the registration fees will be forwarded to if our registration is approved.

While the Republic of Liberty generally discourages construction of modular bases and structures due to the dangers of incursion from Gallic an possibly pirate threats, you are still bound to the protection and the laws of the Republic of Liberty and as such your request is being processed.

Conditions required by the Republic of Liberty is open access to the Primary Liberty Forces at all times (Prefixes: [LN] LPI- =LSF= 5th ), a monthly tax payment as mentioned in the Laws of Liberty attached bellow, as well as providing us with the location of your base privately or on this channel.

By requesting a base permit your installation is to abide the Laws of Liberty. :::Attachment:::
Any violations of the laws such as but not limited to collaboration with enemies of Liberty or partaking in assisting smuggling operations will receive consequences accordingly.

Once we are provided with the information we have requested we may move on to approving your permit and move over to the payment section.
