Strengths and Weaknesses:
+ Covert Operative. Do to her dual natures,She's fantastically dangerous in almost every form of conventional warfare, specifically small arms and a Jiu Jitsu-based mixed martial art. In addition, she's fantastic at physical infiltration, disguise, can be quite the convincing actress, and often tries her hand at manipulation.

+ Jack of All Stats. Samantha's background and varied training has provided her with an extremely well-rounded skillset. She knows how to pick a lock or hack a terminal, drive a hovercraft or fly a ship, jury-rig an engine or set up explosives, field-dress a wound or field-strip confiscated equipment... Chances are, if something needs doing, Sam has at least a basic idea of the proper way to do it. She can add something to any situation or any team. Also, night vision and accelerated healing. Gene-Splicing for the win.

- Power Incontinence. Being a lab baby with engineered night vision rather than natural biological night vision leaves Samantha with a couple of unique problems. Sudden flashes of bright light (flashbangs) cause her intense pain if she doesn't avert her vision in time.

- Sherlock Scan. Samantha has developed a number of interesting psychological issues, from paranoia to PTSD, but her biggest clinical issue is hyperawareness. She can't not notice things, which comes in handy when spotting ambushes, but becomes a major problem when trying to focus on a single thing. It also gives her a major headache in large crowds, as she tries in vain to keep track of every individual person around her, their armaments, their demeanor, potential takedown techniques...

~ Broken Ace. Dear god, Sam's life sucks.

Biography: Around the year 800 AS, a to some degree psychotic scientiest named Bernar Stroben was released from Ageira Technologies for his to a great degree questionable and outright unlawful foreys into grafting human and Nomad DNA to make a perfect, a better Human. He set up shop in Plant Erie. Covered up in a lab fortress somewhere down in the forests, Stroeben began his examination once more with something he called "The Phoenix Venture"

Every bunch of subjects numbered twelve indistinguishable duplicates, all of which were bolted into a solitary room together until they had executed each other down to a solitary survivor - the most grounded, Sane, and clearly the absolute best of the group. PHX-01 was an endeavor to mass produce Super-soldiers. It succeeded in making living, breathing, and potentially effective examples, the only problem, they were Infected, though the poor Doctor did not know it. Be that as it may, the subjects demonstrated very difficult to contain.

Satisfied with himself, he wanted to offer these examples to the Military. He never found the opportunity. An older group of test subjects turned on Stroben, the research center, and everything in that. The outcome was exactly nine survivors slithering out into the world.Samantha was one of those survivors, stunned into amnesia by the horror of what she had seen. It took her days to even find civilization, and by that point she had regressed considerably.

She was accepted into a small rural community, given the name Samantha, far off from the big, bustling cities on planet Erie. She took to her new life avidly, endeavoring to get over the recollections of what had happened back at Stroben's lab.

Planet Erie around then was outside the prime selecting region of the Navy . A recruiter travelling the villages at Planet Erie was both odd and ordinarily pointless. Maybe he'd get possibly a hundred young people in the entire planet who were burnt out on their lives and needed order, or maybe needed something to fight for. Samantha was one of those hundred or so - the first occasion when she saw those Officers lined up at consideration and all official,it was a kind of biological urge, she knew she must be a part of it.

When she met with the recruiter, Samantha and the enlistment officer saw that she lacked anything even resembling a birth certificate. With a little wink and prodding, she was set up with a full citizenship, her birthdate was set as precisely old enough to lawfully serve, and she was given another name sealing status as a national. Samantha Archer, age 18, was formally a Libertonian citizen.
