Hello to whoever the owner of the ship "RS_GreenDragon" is, I am sending this transmission to you as a warning, or as a thank you for at least trying. This revolves the incident of you giving me a tip about a few smugglers from Bering. I never saw these smugglers in Texas, so one of two things happened.
  1. You lied.
  2. The smugglers stopped or took a different path.

If the first option is true, then stop wasting my time. I have better things to do. If the second option is true, thank you for trying to help the security of our economy, and your tip off was much appreciated. That's all I have to say. Good travels mate!
