Dear allies and friends,

I hope my message finds you all in good health, and as successful as ever. We have heard of your recent expansions in the Sigma cluster, but only hearsay so far. Our smugglers reaching or returning from Malta via the Sigma route would be interested to know of nearby allied bases, as a stopover for refueling and possible location for trading.

Furthermore, the Lane Hackers would like to purchase a small number of GC snubcraft which are primarily intended to be used for training by our female Lane Hackers. To be more specific we would like to procure x2 Blossom Heavy Fighters and x2 Orchid Light Bombers.

Arigato you for your consideration.

Yoshida of the Lane Hackers, it has been quite a while. It is pleasing to hear that the Lane Hackers are still thriving and seeking to grow more leaves to bless the universe with.

We remember your contributions to restoring Matsuda to working order, a deed that will not be neglected in our negotiations. The Golden Chrysanthemums are willing to part with the vessels the Lane Hackers are asking for. They will be put to good use in the hands of our allies, we are certain. Likewise, however, we would like to ask something particular in exchange.

Some of our Sisters have recalled seeing a particularly new vessel in the hands of your pilots, to what our software pinged as "Vindicator" ships. They were impressed with what they saw, and insisted that we should contact you for more information about them. How do these ships perform? Would the Lane Hackers be interested in transfering a pair of these ships to Chrysanthemum hands, in exchange for ours? We would be very interested in applying their use within Kusari, if they are advantageous in one way or another.

You've mentioned our expansion into the Sigmas, this is true. It should be no secret to our close allies that the Battleship Matsuda, now with the engines and control that you've helped restore, has moved to the Sigma-19 system and is watching over the Cardamine route into Kusari. You will notice the battleship in orbit of the two moons that revolve around one another, conveniently near the jump hole leading to Omicron Beta. The gravity well scrambles most scanners enough to render it a safe location for refueling and as a staging point, and visually identifying it is difficult in the middle of a nebulae.

If you ask the surrounding patrols, I'm certain they will lead your pilots exactly to where Matsuda is stationed in case they'll be struggling to find it. Your pilots will be welcomed warmly and given the appropriate refueling, repairing and supplying services you need to continue spreading the Dream. We hope you find our offer acceptable.

Lady Takahashi,

It warms my heart to hear from you again, a known and loyal friend of the Lane Hackers. Thank you for sharing us info about Matsuda which I believe is now into a more effective location, boosting and strengthening the security of the cardamine route.

The LHX7-F4S "Vindicator" is our latest innovation. It's a state-of-the-art space superiority fighter embodying all the latest technological achievements of the Lane Hackers. However there are a few problems. Recently released, we lack mass ship production facilities while demand is at great levels, in fact we don't expect to properly fit all Lane Hackers within the upcoming months. In addition, due to extremely elaborate manufacturing methods, as well as usage of rare and expensive metals and nanomodules, production costs and ship value is many times over similar vessels.

Due to the reasons stated above, we can only afford and it would also be fair if we consider the ship's value, a single Vindicator. Moreover, you might be aware that the Sisterhood is a contractor in our Job Board. Regrettably there have not been any recent deliveries but we are willing to offer a large temporary bonus to your shipments in exchange for these ships.

The Golden Chrysanthemums see much benefit in the trade of technology.

We will send two C5-F Blossom and C7-F Orchid ships to be left in their appropriate hangar bays on Leiden Station. The ships will have standard Golden Chrysanthemum weaponry, unless you wish to retrofit them to your own weaponry. In the case that you do, notify us so that our technicians may make some amendments to the ships for easier technological compatibility from the start.

Our circle has decided that we would our pilots to retrieve the Vindicator you were offering at the same location, preferably ready on the same time as our ships arrive to Leiden.

Lastly, we would have to ask the Lane Hackers to partially fund the construction and delivery of the spacecraft. The Chrysanthemums do not usually gather "funding" from civilians, relying on support of the populace to achieve support and funding. As such, dealing in technology outside of Kusari is an expensive option. For this exchange, we will ask for the following:

- Ten million credits to be sent for production, arming and delivery of GC ships. The recipient account will be GC|Storage.
- One LHX7-F4S "Vindicator" available to be retrieved from Leiden Base, for us to learn if we will be able to make use of the new technology.

We look forward to a positive reply and future agreements. While our Cardamine convoys have been slow as of late, we will restore their frequency and they shall once again make Kusari and Liberty bloom more colourful.

Guten Tag.

Per agreement between our two organizations, I have personally transferred a Vindicator to Leiden Base, ready to be picked up by the Sisterhood.

As you may well know, the nomad threat in Liberty has increased significantly the past few months. We even know of a Lane Hacker (non-Inner Circle member) that has been infected and defected to D9 with a Vindicator. Subsequently, we need to monitor closely their use and GC| is thus required provide us with the ship name that the Vindicator will use, including any future name change.

Unauthorized use of Vindicators is considered a major security concern to us and the Professorship has issued orders for them to be destroyed on sight.

Kon'nichiwa dearest Lane Hackers.

We are happy to see that the Vindicator was already delivered. It is fully understandable that you wish to know which of our pilots will fly it. This will be me. I will use this interesting ship under the callsign "GC|Aimi.Amaia". It is a honor that I will fly such a vessel soon.

The two Blossoms and Orchids will be taken to Leiden right now. The Blossoms will carry standard weaponary, namely they will be armed with civilian pulse weapons as well as our newest "Suncannon C". The Orchids weaponary will be standard bomber weapons, though we suggested that the Lane Hackers would prefer to mount their own Antimatter weaponary. So we kept ours off them.

We again wanted to thank the Lane Hackers for cooperations such as this one between our organizations. We are also ready for more technology based shares in the future.
