Administrator(s) of Station Destillery,
I myself, in command of the Sovereign, stumbled upon your installation in Magellan while returning from a raid in Leeds. It did not allow my ship to dock, let alone resupply.
In case you had not, for whatever reason, educated yourselves about the active legislation in the area before you built the installation, I am informing you that the system of Magellan is a protectorate of the Republic of Liberty and the Kingdom of Bretonia. Our laws apply there. As you are obviously unaware of them, I will include the files in the attachment. According to those laws, every installation must be registered prior to construction. Nevertheless, our Houses pride ourselves as the combatants against tyranny and oppression, so I can vouch that Bretonia will allow you to register your installation now. I believe that a similar policy is popular in Liberty.
In short, you have precisely 48 hours since this message to apply for the registration of your installation to both Houses. Where to do that, I will also provide in the attachment. How long the registration offices need to reply to your request is not our issue, as in the mentioned time we only need you to apply.
Perhaps necessary to mention, everything that defies the laws of our Houses, which have been voted out by our people or their chosen representatives, and approved by Her Majesty herself in Bretonia's case, must not exist within the Houses.
Have a nice day, and long live Queen Carina the First.
