I dont beilive we have had the pleasure of meeting yet Chief. but i am Commander Jonathan Kalh of the 5th| Fleet.
I am coming to you because we have a dangerous criminal smuggling Organization named AFC... you have heard of them no doubt?
Well please take a look at the attachment i have sent you. This is the report i submitted to my Chain of Command.
I am humbly requesting you inform your Officers to be on the look out for AFC and ensure they are following our laws to the Letter.

Fleet Admiral Jones, Admiral Sader i have some interesting news concerning AFC.
I was able to intercept one of their Pirate Train Transports in Kepler and guess what i found? Well have a look for yourself
Admiral's I also want to inform you of the recent information i have attained from a private source that can be found here. This organization has been smuggling long enough here in Liberty and i will put a stop to this.
