A large Red Hessian fleet assembling at Bretonia's borders could not avoid our notice. Although the station that they are besieging appears to still be holding, travelers report that your Military is still assembling a fleet to respond. I am asking you to allow the Armed Forces, for this uniquely grave occasion, to move as many of our available assets to Omega-7, including capital ships if needed. This is for the purpose of aiding our trusted neighbour while destroying a common enemy, and for no other.
