The following is a submission of a theory for review based upon the framework of the neural interface implants currently in use by Keeper Revenant to retain control through mental interaction of Artificial Intelligence Unit ERIDIAN.

Theory - A wide variety of drones are constantly in use throughout Auxesia's structure, from combat service, maintenance, medical work and exploration to rudimentary tasks such as janitorial work or cargo management on landing pads. The vast number of units far surpass that of the human population within the fleet. These units, depending on their assignments, can often serve as adjutants to ranking officers during their service. They operate on a cooperative intelligence network that allows nearly instantaneous communication between them and other units.

Many of the units have shown a disregard for vocal commands to their assigned location if a member of the Inner Phalanx is not present. This has posed a problem to Expeditions and patrols in which lives were put at risk due to drones acting based on their networked intelligence commands. Basing off of the design of the neural implant Keeper Revenant had designed and installation, including the antennae for long range communication between herself and the desired AI unit, I believe it's possible to develop an implant connected to the cooperative intelligence network at a higher priority than other drones present within, excluding the primary node on the Eidolon Wraith.

However neurologically speaking, and psychologically, hearing so many unfamiliar voices in ones mind may cause instability, and without thorough testing on possible candidates for such implants, individuals may be driven to madness or become no more than another drone in the hive. I believe that rigorous mental stress testing would need to be undertaken before implantation to determine suitable candidates and prevent any unfortunate breakdowns or incidents.

The purpose behind these implants would increase tactical efficiency on the field significantly. An accurate prediction isn't available, however the ability to control so many with ones thoughts is certainly a palpable idea. Results will be left in this project file as research progresses.
