It has likely been brought to your attention that an Order "Hathor" christened "Talandar" was sighted near Birmingham Station, Manchester. Firstly, I'd like to give my sincere apologies for my intrusion carrying a small Order munitions stockpile and entering your space without notice. I'm still readjusting to House space operations, as most of my time has been spent on the edge worlds.

I'd also like to introduce myself and my crew, as it is only a few personnel. I am the captain of the "Talandar," Dr. James Erzie, and Viktoria Erzie is my ship navigator. I'd like to offer any information, at near full disclosure, that you require. The "Talandar" is a heavily armed research vessel intended on repelling the constant alien threat we face as a race, and focuses on creating technology to keep those capable of the public's defense the means they require to do so. Although our mission is to create such tech, conflict and strife among humanity is something we try to avoid, as it only inhibits our progress and tears away the tools and resources we have.

Please discuss any issues and concerns, as it is in our greatest interest to have access to Bretonian space, with minimal hostilities.

I've contacted you in best regards, as Bretonia has been highly hospitable as of late, excluding the few unlawful incidents since my arrival. Regardless, my stay in the region has been highly beneficial, as access to Cambridge's research facilities and the close-knit supply organizations in the area have caused my work to thrive. This, however, brings me to the issue I've encountered the most: Order technology in Bretonian space. I have not had many sour interactions with your authorities on the matter, I have had many with the general populous.

As useful as the Order Hathor's combat capabilities are to me, and the sentimental reminder it has become, it has become less useful to my work. This is why I'd like to revoke my exception of technology in the Bretonian house, and exchange it for a simple but large request: Private ownership of a "Churchill" class gunboat with suitable financial compensation to cover the vessel. Use of the vessel would follow these terms and conditions:

These terms and conditions certify the use of one Bretonian "Churchill" class gunboat within private use and ownership by Dr. James Erzie and can be revoked at the discretion of the Bretonian Government, with due process and reason.

The purpose of use:
The security and service of the Bretonian government, without denial as a resource to Bretonian Armed Forces' defense of House space.
Security of dangerous materials from unlawful or unsafe carrying after actions of Bretonian lawful interdiction.
Interception, apprehension, and/or termination of warranted personnel or criminals in accordance with but not limited to the Bretonian Bounty Board.
Research and development occurring between the Ingenuus Research Group, Bretonian Intelligence Services, Bretonian Armed Forces, and Bretonian Police Authorities exclusively executed within the vessel when restricted materials are in use. Experimental use and otherwise inconclusive tests would only be executed within or through the previously stated vessel, and within approved areas.

Restrictions:
Use outside of Bretonian House space, but extending authorized use to the following systems: Inverness, West Cortez, Omega-3, and Leeds.
Any unlawful or otherwise unauthorized actions taken by the owner of the vessel will forfeit the ownership and command of the vessel, returning it to Bretonia's ownership.
Commander and crew cannot deny action taken or commands given by any Bretonian Armed Forces CO, and/or Bretonian Police Authority personnel, given orders are lawful and do not violate regulations detailed within the Bretonian Armed Forces code of conduct.

Dangerous or Restricted materials fall within the regulations stated in the Kingdom of Bretonia's stated laws, and may only be incurred with proper licensing. An example of these materials would be Nomad Materials, Azurite Gas, or Nomad Remains.

This contract is legally binding, however can be terminated at any time given deviation, breach, or otherwise unauthorized act is taken by either party. Both the proposed owner, Dr. James Erzie, or the Bretonian government reserve the right to abandon this contract at any time with due process, at the expense of the proposed owner(s).

Note: This contract does not authorize the proposed owner, Dr. James Erzie, or his crew, right or privilege to carry out Bretonian regulation enforcement independently. The Captain and crew will still be required to act and deal independently with illegal actions or sanctions in accordance with provisions within this letter. I.E. Bounty Board regulations and restrictions. (This does not permit action beyond those allowed within a Freelancer's power or privilege within the Bretonian house, violations will be dealt with as written above).

I hope we can reach an agreement, as Bretonia has become a place I can once again call home.
