Felicia Drum has been seen before in Rheinland posing as an ex member of the Rheinwehr, and I've personally destroyed her ship. Possibly built from scrapped parts in the Liberty war or salvaged from the battlefield, no doubt. I'm surprised that she managed to repair it.
