Greetings, Mr. Walker.
My name is John Armada, I am holding the rank Captain of the Liberty Navy's 5th Fleet.
The High Command authorized me to reply upon your transmission.
We have met each other and several times in System Pennsylvania before, as well as in the named area you noted within this transmission, when the incident you marked up, happened.
Now first of all, be assured it was nothing personal.
The Liberty Navy welcomes your cooperation and help with traders, miners and the Liberty Forces, and still will appreciate your efforts. However, being friendly and allying with the Liberty Forces does not grant you a special treatment. You are a civilian, and as a civilian you will be treatened as such, with the same rights and duties. As a civilian you shouldn't be aware of this area at all. This leaves the question, where you heard of this area and how you found out how to enter it, open.
Now to the Liberty Security Force officer, who gave you the authorization to enter mentioned area.
She wasn't authorized to give you said authorization. Only pilots of the Primary Fleet of the Liberty Security Force and the Liberty Navy, =LSF=, [LN] and 5th can grant such an authorization. And even these have to request said authorization by the High Command. She didn't belong to either though.
Even after talking to me and the other 5th Officers, you didn't have the authorization to be in the restricted area, we merely decided to escort you out. Yet, our decision was overruled by the High Command's decision and the 5th Officer who executed the given order.
At best you should have sent a request to the The Liberty Surplus Requisitioning Center on the Sirius Network. This would have been the safest way and ensure that incidents like this don't happen.
The Liberty Law was executed as written down and ordered by the High Command:
"Access to the Zone 21 minefield within New York and the Zone 42 minefield inside of Minnesota are both restricted to all those without proper authorisation. Those who have this authorisation know that they do. Those who do not will be shot. There will be no exceptions."
There was no mistake, misinterpreting, nor ignoring of the Laws of the Republic of Liberty. It was the very consequence of a broken law by a civilian - willingy or unwillingly. There are no execptions. For noone.
So don't accuse the 5th High Command of breaking the law, for there is no reason nor fundament.
As for your abidance within the restricted area, I suppose I don't need to mention this, but just to make sure you understand:
1. Tell no one about it. By that, I mean NO ONE. This area is not existing.
2. Forget everything you saw, everything you heard, everything you thought.
3. Forget the incident that happened within.
4. Stay away from Zone 21 and never enter the area again.
Any violation of these four points will be answered with lethal force.
I hope I made myself clear enough.
That's all.
Safe skies and farewell,
Captain John Armada

Greetings, Officer Armada!
Message recieved. I know your point of view, and of course is nothing personal, its just the situation happened. Probably was my mistake about =LSF= and LSF identification, but that was due no others officer arround for requesting permision. Of course i dont looking for any special treatment, have no sense. But the real thing Im confused with, is in the moment three 5th (primary fleet) allow me to return home with them as escort via Zone21 its a perfectly Authorisation for to do it.
The problem Im watching here... doesnt matter if you have authorisation from any Primary Fleet officer, if any other appear without knowledge about the situation (exactly what happened), they can order to destroy you, doesnt matter if you has or not authorisation.
The sad part of this was the fact he didnt want to listen about Authorisations, and the escort there confirmed it with some words I will never forget "...The problem is, Captain Kalh overrules us in the ranking. No matter what we said, it is irrelevant.". Clearly doesnt matter if you have the authorisation or not, if a high ranked officer want to shoot, he will do it.
Anyway, from now we can forget all this weird situation, probably just due a stupid mistake by me for trust too much in our relationship. You can be sure i will not pass around zone21 or Alaska anymore.
Sincerely, Johnywalker.

Mr. Walker,
mistakes happen, unfortunately.
They are part of human nature. Missinterpreting, missunderstanding. However, in some situations, mistakes can have lethal consequences. We, and personally I, are sorry that it had to happen this way, but it is merely how things are dealt with, when laws are broken. Orders are followed and executed. It is our job to do so. It is not even "just business", because our job is not about shooting for money. Our job is the duty to ensure safety to Liberty, inside as well as outside. The Law of Liberty ensures safety to every citizen and visitor, as long as the law has not been broken by said individual.
You are right in saying you should indeed have been aware of the difference between an =LSF= Primary Fleet Officer and an LSF Secondary Fleet Officer. On the other hand, the LSF Officer should have never decided to act on her own and ignore her own authorizations, permissions, rights and duties. It was mainly a mistake by her. The "authorization" that was given to you by her first hand, was irrelevant and without legal confirmation. She literally sent you into troubles of lethal nature, knowingly or not. Especially demanding a favor in return by "assisting her in missions" for allowing you access to a restricted area, was unprofessional, riskful and foolish. She should have known better, and I hope she will have to stand trial by the Liberty Security Force High Command.
I advise you to learn the differences between the different fleets and question the matter of permission and authority in some cases.
Now about Captain Kalh's reaction and deeds.
He only carried out orders. If someone had the official permission to enter a restricted area like Zone 21, which was NEVER handed out to a civilian before, he would have been notified.
It has nothing to do with "I want to shoot you" or not, like you interpreted from my quote "...The problem is, Captain Kalh overrules us in the ranking. No matter what we said, it is irrelevant.".
This matter was forwarded to higher instances and under order of said higher instances, he acted. He carried them out, because a law was broken and the High Command decided to rightfully act upon the Law as it is written down "Those who do not will be shot. There will be no exceptions". He carried out the consequences.
This is called hierarchy - the decisions of higher ranked are more important than the decisions of lower ranked.
Carrying out duties, orders and having the permission to act by own responsiblities are still bound to the law. We cannot just decide to shoot someone. It must be justified by the law. At some point, even the High Command has to ask the Department of Defense for orders or permission, before being able to decide or act.
You can still trust in your relationship between you and the Liberty Navy. As I said before, the Liberty Navy welcomes your cooperation and help with traders, miners and the Liberty Forces, and still will appreciate your efforts. However, being friendly and allying with the Liberty Forces does not grant you a special treatment. You are a civilian, and as a civilian you will be treatened as such, with the same rights and duties.
Safe skies and farewell,
Captain John Armada
