In response to your communique: Our forces meet infrequently, and you do not support the corrupt Rheinland regime. We also know of your hostility towards the Corsairs, and the resulting silent approval whenever RHA bomber wings advance on Sigma-13 in preparation for a precision strike against an enemy target. Therefore, we have no reason to have a quarrel with you.

Now, I do understand you wish to run plutonium and deuterium back to your stations through our Omega systems unbothered. That is acceptable, but we have some conditions of our own:

1. Our revolution is extensive, as you are no doubt already aware, and requires fairly large amounts of fuel in order to keep running. I am willing grant you landing privileges on our Casablanca base in Omega-47, as well as Freital base in Omega-11 in return for a cargo load of H-Fuel supplies to one of the aforementioned bases on every second run to Gran Canaria.
Omega-5 is a warzone, it is advised that you do not enter that system for your own safety. Our bases there are constantly busy with our fighters and bombers, and will not be able to accomodate you. Our central base lies within Rheinland, which you cannot enter due to your long term cease fire with the Rheinland government, therefore I will not bother revealing its position.

2. I have my reasons to believe that the GMG allows the Blood Dragons to operate within the confines of Sigma-13 with full immunity. While we do not have a stake in that system, it is frequently used as a highway for high profile Corsairs heading into Kusari, or worse yet - a staging ground for attacks into Rheinland itself. The Red Hessian Army wishes to attain the same immunity the Dragons enjoy in order to carry out swift strikes upon our mutual enemies without hindrance. We will of course never fire upon encountered GMG vessels as well, and ask that the same courtesy be extended towards ours.

3. Take note that we cannot spare any escorts to help with your journeys through the Omega systems. If you get caught by Corsairs in hostile territory, you are on your own. Lead the Corsairs towards our space, and we will engage the scum on our own terms.

Agree to the above terms, and you can regard Casablanca and Freital as safe havens from now on. I will await your answer on this frequency.

Regards,
Meisnerr

Konichiwa Meisnerr san

We are honoured by your consideration of our request. The necessity of Deuterium for our Guild and the difficulties of passage through Bretonia has forced us to take a route through the deep Omegas. This has lead us smack into Corsair patrol after Corsair patrol but we also came across your regime.
My reports have told me that while we may not share the same goals we do have 2 common enemies; Corsairs and Rheinland Authorities. Having looked over the conditions you've placed on our request I do believe that they are reasonable. I do need to address the use of Sigma-13 space mentioned in your second condition: I wish to clarify that Sigma-13 would be used for tactical reasons? We still look down on smuggling, slavery, and piracy in the Sigmas or more specifically within 5K of our bases. Of course any Rheinland authorities or Corsairs you meet in the Sigmas is fair game and you'll most likely find GMG security eager to participate.
If all is well I'll notify our Trade Division to begin the runs and fuel will be unloaded at the designated bases. We are always happy to provide to as many clients as possible.

I agree with the terms stated, and we shall acknowledge you as you ask. We shall even go as far as to make sure that any Rheinland ships breaking the treaty of Sigma 13 go... 'missing' if you will.

Then it is agreed. I will forward these communications to our pilots as soon as possible.

Regarding your concerns: Be assured that our operations in Sigma-13 will not be extensive, we are revolutionaries after all, and we do not accept slavery nor drugs. Our operations in the system should mostly be confined to Yanagi anyways, since that is where the usual riff-raff is located most of the time.

At any rate, should additional communications be required, feel free to use our diplomatic channel.

Konnichiwa Meisnerr-sama,

I am pleased that this agreement has been successful thus far. With Bretonia revoking our shipping rights, safe passage through the Omegas to Gran Canaria is greatly appreciated.

This being said, I believe there is much room for this agreement to expand.

With Kishiro's advanced gas miners in Okinawa, the GMG is producing HFuel more efficiently than ever before. Ino Otsu of the Montbetsu-Maru tells me that Hessian HFuel supplies are strained, despite our shipments as per the agreement. Whereas Kishiro is our in-house distributor, we distribute HFuel to friendly bases in the Border and Edge Worlds, and are always looking for additional customers. We are willing to supply Freital and Viernheim with regular shipments of HFuel, to be paid for not in Sirius Credits, but in Blood Diamonds.

We are exporting Plutonium, refined from Uranium on Planet Miura. If the Red Hessians are interested in importing Plutonium, the Gas Miners Guild is willing to be your supplier.

The Gas Miners Guild has reason to believe that there is a growing presence of infested humans in the Rheinland Military. The Wilde are not unfamiliar to us; they have plagued the Yanagi Field since the end of the Nomad War. We are willing to supply information on this matter to the Red Hessian Army, if requested.

Guten tag once again.

I have been quite pleased with the relations between our movement and the GMG thus far. This proposal of a deal extension sounds very reasonable. We have a large surplus of our diamonds, ready to be put into good use as they stand as the symbol of our fight against the Rheinland government's injustice. I will inform our commodity dealers of this change in the pact accordingly.

Meanwhile at the moment Ronneburg base is a hub of activity, and in need of a large amount of fuel to support all the craft docking with it. I will open up docking rights to the GMG on Ronneburg so that you can deliver fuel to the base directly. You will of course be protected by any spare forces in the area, should the Corsairs attempt to attack your transports.

As to the offer of Plutonium: I have contacted our bases in the Omega-47 system specifically. Casablanca base is known to require substantial amounts of it, so any and all Plutonium transports should head there for dropoff and processing. Payment for this cargo will be transferred as agreed in the form of credit slips or blood diamonds available for pick up from Viernheim or Freital.

On to the offer of providing information on Wilde activities in Sigma-13: Any details given on this will be helpful in improving our knowledge and strengthening our collective defenses against the alien threat, and as such would be greately appreciated. As cooperation against such alien threats is crucial, we could agree to an exchange of information, considering that our own teams have specifically gathered scans and established a scheme in their use of tactics - something that might be of use to your security forces specifically.

I will await your answer on these matters.

Meisnerr

Konnichiwa Meisnerr-sama,

Kampai! The Gas Miners Guild will begin regular shipments of HFuel and Plutonium to Ronnenburg and Casablanca, to be paid for in Sirius credits, or Blood Diamonds from Frietal and Viernheim. Protection against Corsairs in the Omegas would be appreciated, but we understand that you are at war and do not have excess forces to protect our shipments. I believe we can afford to play it by ear. For the most part, GMG will provide their own escorts.

The Gas Miners Guild will provide the RHA with information concerning the Wilde as it crosses our desks. You hinted at some information that may be useful to our security forces. For the sake of humanity, we hope that the Hessians will provide the GMG with anything that can aid us in repelling this mutual threat. If the Wilde were to control Sirius' HFuel resources, the consequences would be dire.

Domo arigato, Sensei Meisnerr.
