Brief background story:
Vanessa grew up on Holstein with just her mother until she decided to leave the Planet at the early age of 16 to search her father. Her father was engineer at Schatten during the time of the Nomad War and nowadays is still listed as 'missing'. Barely three years after she began her search, she got into trouble with people, who apparently knew something about her fathers fate, while she was on her way back home. She would have died in combat, if not a few Bundschuh Pilots rather accidently stumbled upon her and the aggressors. They rescued her in the last moment and after some talks with them, she decided to join the Bundschuh movement, considering it the best way to find her father.
But after just a few months she became too careless and was trapped by a Military pilot whom to her luck fell in love with her and managed to provide her cover for several weeks. Together with him she managed to get her personal files washed clean from the months spend with the Bundschuh movement and joined the Military's ranks.
She was gone missing straight after her first mission though, it is likely that she went out searching for her father all on her own again and this time didn't had someone around to save her.. but was she truly dead?
