Message on broadband LPI frequencies

This list is to be updated by LPI officers, and may include anyone that is a law breaker, ne'er-do-well, or otherwise behaving like a hooligan.
Entries are to be made in this format:
[Individuals Name] [Offense] [Date added] [Officers Name]
Criteria for making it to this list would be:
1. Unannounced attack upon an Officer
2. Destroying an Officer's ship while attempting to flee and avoid paying a fine.
3. Refusing to Leave liberty Space and destroying an Officers ship.
4. Any reasons that the Chief and Deputies state.
Under no circumstances are Liberty Rogues, Lane Hackers, Outcasts, or Xenos to be added to this list. They are already considered hostile.
If people on this list wish to be removed, they must pay the fine, plus 10% of the fine for every day since the offense, maxing out at 200% (20 days). THERE IS A ONE MILLION CREDIT BOUNTY ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING SHIPS! It is collectible throughout Sirius (they're fugitives, and we're sending Hunters, Mercs, and Freelancers after them wherever they might go). Please report claims here, and point to the target's name over here.
