The Kusarians are about as useful as they are open and cooperative, so I can only advise caution when operating in the directly affected Kyushu system itself. We are taking an aggressive approach in dealing with this anomaly, and although the security of the Tau-23 system and its border regions is paramount we see no reason to allow the threat to materialise into something more concrete.

Assistance from the Guild Paramilitary is more than welcome, although we would caution you against an undue level of interference. These aliens are among the highest-level threats your pilots will have ever seen - a fair step up from the bandits and brigands you are used to fending off from mining operations. They are living biohazards as well as accomplished combat organisms, and it is of the utmost importance that the contamination of both Guild and Royal Naval assets is kept to an absolute minimum. The Directorate will be dispatching a team to liaise with Guild personnel aboard Java on this matter, to ensure that there can be no further spread of infestation beyond this failure on the Kusarians' part.

Additionally, the aliens are not the only concern to have arisen around this anomalous event. Along with the rest of the rabble that call Kusari home, ships belonging to the Sirian terrorist organisation known as 'The Order' have also been seen in the area, as well as those belonging to an Omicron-based paramilitary known as 'The Core'. The former are confirmed dissidents and wanted for crimes against the Gallic Crown; the second a potentially volatile and disorganised cadre of alien hunters. Either could pose a very real threat to stability and safety in the region, and we advise you follow the Royal Navy's lead when it comes to dealing with these uncontrolled elements.
