As decreed by The Corsair Council;

The use of all Cruiser and Battleship class ships of Corsair make will be hereby controlled by Council of Corsair Elders.

There will be no more need for registration, but anyone found breaking these rules will be punished.

Note that Gunboats are currently not subject to control for the time being, but may become restricted in the future if the situation calls for it.

The behavior of the capital ship Captain/Comander must be befitting of such a vessel. Once authorized to pilot such a vessel you will take an “oath” for the following:

• That you will follow Sirius Codex at all times! (Server rules, most importantly, that cruisers or larger ships -cannot- fire at Trader/Smugglers)
• That you will make sense in everything and anything you transmit on all frequencies (No OOC chat)
• That you will not disgrace the Corsair Nation in your doings, by going into pointless battles that will surely end with your ship’s demise! (No OORP or solo raids)
• That you will not leave Corsair controlled space without a balanced*, well protected fleet or the authority of an Elder of the Corsair Council.
• That you will not waste H-fuel on unworthy endeavours (will not attack lone fighters, or other scenarios where a battleship is unneceesary) without permission of a high ranking officer.
• That you will protect and serve the Corsair Nation at all costs!

*A fleet consisting of equal, or more fighter/bombers than cruisers and battleships is considered relatively balanced.

Anyone seen to not follow these rules shall be subject to trial for High Treason against the Corsair Nation, and if the problems persist his status as a Captain of a Capital ship including the ship will be taken from him willingly or by any force necessary.

Ships under trial:
HAF-C-Moctezuma: Attacking Bretonian Templar and Hussar in Cambridge with an Osiris when there were ample Corsair fighters to take care of them.
HAF-C-Sir_Dark: Attacking a Hammerhead with a Praefect when there were ample Corsair fighters to take care of him.
HAF-C-El.Cid.Campeador: Attacking BH fighters when there were plenty Corsair fighters to deal with it, and refusing orders to leave.

The captains of these ships are to be reminded of their crimes, and told not to repeat them, lest there be severe repercussions. If uncooperative, repercussions will be immediate.

HAF-C-El.Cid.Campeador: It seems we got some complaints from our friends up in Kusari that you decided to take a little trip up their with a Legate Class Dreadnought. Without balanced escort as well being far out of Corsair controlled space.

hello There Elders.

I must say something about this char, HAF-C-El Cid Campeador is building the Corsair Guard tag, this is the reason why these ship was out of Gamma.

About the no escort trip out of Gamma, to kusary spaces, we will judge and punish to these admiral inmediatly, then we will dont move the Caps out of Gamma again without your knowledge.

Dear Elders
This is Admiral.Tripster, ever since i earned my fortress; Черен Дракон, I have protected my land with every single bit of energy my nuclear reactor could squeeze out, i have protected my land with every last nanobot required, I have protected my men in every battle i've fought. I have given out credits, nanobots, shield batteries and anything else required to keep my men alive. Couple times an Elder that i have never seen has shown up and has ordered me to stand down. Couple times because of that order we have lost the battles against our enemies leaving gamma open for destruction. We need a complete list of our Fleet Admirals th* ** *** [STATIC] *** ** *en need to wear a badge and a uniform, otherwise even a spy can say he is an elder and tell me to stand down greatly curving the battle in favor of our intruders. That is unacceptable. We need to take every precaution possible. The main problem is most elders only join us once a full moon. Most of the times, I and most of the men in gamma dont know who the elder is or if he is just pretending to be an elder. I require a complete list of the men that can order me to power down. We cannot have anyone that decides to join us in space being in control. We have lost enough good men due to unorganized army, it is time to change that. Thank you for your time gentlemen.

Dear Elders

Im Fleetcommander Zork from the C.BS.Lucifer Dreadnaught.
I agree with Admiral Tripster.
I only saw three elders in my whole life. Elder Shepardi joined a raid to alpha in a light fighter (Tiger shark).
Elder Laowai visited us one time in front of crete.
And far as i know OPG Gentle is an elder too... i saw him one time in front of crete while some HAFs and indies prepared to defend gamma.

Like Admiral Tripster said, our Fleet is unorganized.
We need a strong hand who can lead the corsairs to the win.

So, please Elders show more of you before the Corsairs get killed by the Hunter, Outcast, Hackers, Keepers or what ever.

We have much enemies who want to kill all Corsairs in Sirius.
