To whom it may concern.

Ageira Innovations is conducting a global survey of dark matter clouds and related anomalies. Munich system poses specific interest to our scientists because of enormous amounts of dark matter present in and around the system and the whole situation with the aftermath of initial strike of the Munich Disaster. The observations of how such catastrophe is unfolding are invaluable to understanding of its nature, impact and possible countermeasures.

Thus, I would like to ask for a permission to bring one Ageira deep space explorer vessel into Munich, move freely around the system, make necessary sampling and observations, and dock with a station or a planet Nuremberg in order to resupply and refuel. We will provide detailed manifest of the ship, profiles of the crew members and the survey program, including route plans, if you require that information. In return, we will share results of the survey. We also ready to evaluate any additional requirements you might impose on this mission.

Additionally, we would request cooperation from Rheinland security forces to provide support to the mission in case if we have trouble with local unlawful elements, including Junkers.

Dear Mr. Anderson!

My name is Christina Lauritz and I hold position of Minister for Foreign Affairs in government of The Bundesrepublik Rheinland.

Your request is interesting, however before it will be submitted to the government for decision, we will definitely need those details you mentioned, mainly what type of ship will conduct the survey.

We will await your reply.

Respectfully,

Christina Lauritz

Good day, Madam Minister.

Our exploratory vessel is Corvo class Deep Space Explorer under callsign Ageira~Oort. It is equipped with Battleship scanner and defensive weaponry to keep hostile fighters at bay. See attachment for detailed manifest of the ship's equipment and weaponry.

The mission will be focused on remote regions of Munich, the clouds of dark matter and possibly objects that will be discovered within those clouds. Route map with marked waypoints attached.

Dear Mr. Anderson!

I apologize for the delay, I got occupied by other matters.

Anyway, as paragraph 1.1. of the Arcticle Four of the Rheinland laws states, Corvo class Deep Space Explorers are not considered as capital ships. This means they can legally fly in space of the Bundesrepublik Rheinland without any special permission. Also all equipment in the manifest you provided is legal. Thus there are no legal obstacles for your survey in Munich system.

Regarding the security issue - all primary law enforcement authorities were informed about your mission. However, we can not guarantee that they can provide permanent escort for your ship because Ministry for Foreign Affairs is not informed about their current free capacities. So it would be best to contact them in separate channel and arrange details. You may also include Daumann Heavy Construction since they conduct mining operations in the Munich system and keep their security wings there, and thus they may be willing to provide help if you make arrangement for that.

Respectfully,

Christina Lauritz

Good day, Madam Minister.

I appreciate your support of this important scientific endeavor. I'm sure it will serve the good of Ageira, as well as Republic of Liberty and Republic of Rheinland in general. Please, be informed that Oort is being prepared for its mission. We plan to deploy it to Munich system in a few days. The results of the mission will be shared to your government in separate channel.

Have a nice and pleasant day.
