Greetings,
I am writing to enquire for permission to conduct a research operation in the Omega 41 system. My ship, the
-=AE=-|Ganesha, would be operating from Freeport 5 and would be conducting research on the system's Neutron Star primary.
I am aware of the... delicacy of the political equation in the system, and wish to assure you that I am only interested in scanning the primary to gather gravitational data.

As you can see, she is not outfitted for combat, but, rather as a science ship. It is not my intention to conduct coordinate scans, and the ship is incapable of doing so without a tanker in support. I will not be bringing one with me as it is not required for my activities.

I have no plans to collaborate with anyone. I am an independent researcher, pursuing my own studies and nothing more. I have no intention of hauling cargo, legal or otherwise.
I will be traveling in through Omega 5, and intend to exit the same way. I will, per your request, keep you advised of my activities within the system, including when I depart, via this channel.
