Bonsoir esteemed representatives of our allied factions,
Most of you probably remember our attempt of strenghtening our alliance et cooperation against our common foes last year, which sadly got interrupted by then-Kaigun-Taisho Sakuma Hitomi receiving a distress call about an unsuspected attack on IKN forces, requiring her to leave immediately. Several other events during last year - such as the reconnection of Roussillon, the reclamation of Tau-44 or the successful imperial advance further into Kyushu - has kept us busy et away from restarting our meeting. I firmly believe it is time to meet again.
I would like to invite a representative of each of your factions to a meeting held on 6th of May, 824 AS at 14.00 in Conference Room 23, Council Headquarters, Grand Ramier, on Toulouse, Roussillon. The planned subject of the meeting would be the formalization of the alliance between the Crayter Republic, the Temporarily Autonomous Zoners, the Imperial Kusari Navy, the Frumentarii and by extension the Independent Miners' Guild, et the Gallic Council. A delegation will be ready to escort each of you from the starport to the HQ building in case you accept the invitation.
