While the crew of the Nighthawk was finalising last preparations before launch to space, Nomak had already chosen crew for the another destroyer, that was being rebuilt completely by Maltese technicians. While Nighthawk's crew was mainly Maltese, due to the fact that destroyer was transferred from Maltese navy to Commune when it was still in service, the crew of the Revenant that was previously decommissioned, will consist of people from all over of Sirius, that are followers of the ideology and that had previous experience on other ships. They were to see their new home for the first time.

People were all over this one large dry dock within Corsica, and they were working like bees around their hive. Ones were loading needed ammo, nanobots and battery cartridges, and others were doing last system checks while Nomak was on his way from Omicron Alpha in the shuttle, together with the crew of another destroyer. Everything had to be nearly done, before Overlord's arrival.
At one moment, large hangar doors began to open, and everyone's attention was focused on people coming in, grouped in one line and being led by Nomak and Thorne. They were observing the destroyers that stretched out trough this large dry dock, that seemed to be as large as the whole station, but it was just a part of Corsica's complex.
There wasn't any different design from the outside of the vessels, except for the weaponry and as it was just reinforced panels for the hull from Rheinland that had a purpose of strengthening them for the harsh worlds they would serve in. However, inside, the systems, engine bays and interior was completely redesigned for the Commune's needs. Rheinland MOX engines were fit in, and new power cores were implemented so they could handle new weapon armaments, that were stronger and top military grade, and that required more power.
"Gather the people." Nomak said to Thorne.
Thorne nodded and with his hands, gestured to Commander Alvarez to gather his crew around Overlord. The crew being led by Alvarez approached, and then all together saluted and said "Hail Commune!"
Nomak nodded in approval and begun speaking to all of them;
"Brothers, sisters. Today is a glorious day. You stand here, together with me and in this dry dock near two, state of art vessels that will be your homes from now on. This is the product of our hard work, our blood and our sweat, trough many years, and our downfall and rises up. This is only the beginning, let me assure you, like I assured you now with this, what we accomplished. You will now be safer, and you will now do your work more effectively, as you will not fear or think, are your ships outdated and will they be able to handle what you ask from them."
Nomak then observed each of the crew members around him, and then he continued;
"However, we are not yet to celebrate my dear comrades. These ships need to leave this dry dock, ready for their regular duty, without any flaws. There is no time for more preparations... Therefore, I ask you kindly, to board them and start them up and soon enough, we shall celebrate!"
The crowd that was gathered around Nomak applauded, whistled and celebrated and then boarded both ships, while Thorne was standing near Nomak on radio with both commanders. Everyone was rushing to get everything prepared, like they did before Nomak arrived.
"Commander Alvarez of the Nighthawk, radio check- over."
"Commander Mainheim of the Revenant, radio check." - Was heard over radio, while Nomak awaited with anticipation.
"Thorne here, radio check. Commanders, begin with powering up systems."- Thorne responded.
Loud clicks were heard, and buzzing sounds faded in from the silence and delayed sound that reflected trough whole drydock. As people were loading last supplies, response trough radio was heard;
"Systems are charging. Everything is going as planned. Forty percent and rising..." Alvarez responded.
"Mainheim here, systems are charging- fifty percent" - was heard from Revenant.
While Nomak was observing both vessels and was nodding his head in approval, Thorne advised Overlord to step aside into the control room, that was isolated by bulletproof glass and responded to radio - "When they are ready, light them up!"
"Thorne, if they do not..." - Thorne interrupted Nomak by putting his hand onto Nomak's shoulder and said trough the radio: "Report status."
"Systems are hundred percent full sir!" - Alvarez responded.
"Systems are fully charged!" - Mainheim responded.
Thorne then gave a slight look towards Nomak and begun the count down - "Begin ignition in ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one... Ignition!"
The ground began shaking, as the engines of both destroyers have ignited at the same time. Their sound was like nothing heard before. Nomak and Thorne were standing in control room and were admiring the look and colour that engines were displaying.
"This is the Nighthawk. All systems are online, and power core works at it's maximum - over."
"Mainheim here. All systems are onlne." - was heard over the radio, while hangar doors were opening, leading to open space.
"See you in space gentlemen." - Thorne responded to both captains, and together with Nomak left to take their personal fighters, and to see both destroyers in space.
