I am honestly sparing myself the formalities as I am angry with you right now. Just a few minutes ago I received a call from my soldiers about an incident in Tau-29. I moved out and on my there, I encountered an "Onuris"-class Order light fighter with the callsign "Little Princess" that was bearing your initials. For me, this looked simply like an Order vessel that decided to roam around Kyushu for the sake of doing some damage. I was certainly wrong, the pilot claimed, that the ORG are nothing but scientists which happen to have Order ships and identification, how convenient. Merciful how I am, I let the ship alive and escorted it out of Kyushu to the Tau-23 system along with a few of my soldiers. The issue is that this person claimed to be on a reconnaissance mission, now let me ask you something: What in the hell would move you to do reconnaissance in the Tenno's space if you claim to be scientists with no allegiance to the Order? Luckily, the pilot complied and deleted all the data that was gathered. Now I am angry with you and demand an explanation or next time I see one of your ships it won't run as smooth as it did today. If you want to trespass our space peacefully, unaffiliated with the Order, you are to ask for permission first, otherwise, we see you as nothing but spies and intruders that have to be removed.

it is an honor to speak to you. I truly understand your anger, but formalities are an important part of a first contact between two factions, therefor I won't spare you of them. My name is Jacob Taylor, I'm the Director and Chief Science Officer of the Omicron Research Group, an organization acting independently of the Order while still being affiliated with them.

Even though I clearly see the reason for your anger regarding our pilot trespassing into your territory, you have to understand that no malicious intentions were involved in this action. Being founded just three months ago we are still trying to get our own, independent picture of the current political situation in the different sectors of Sirius. We understand that reconnaissance missions like these, can and will lead to misunderstandings and conflicts just as this situation here proves, and I'm willing to pay for any damage that has been done. Furthermore you have my sincere apologies for the trouble this has caused, I will make sure that something like this won't happen again.

Disregarding possible hostilities I'd like to take the opportunity to make a proposal of diplomatic nature, that is, if you're willing to forgive us for the mistake of trespassing into your space.

yoi, I am Yukiyama Minako, Kaigun-Taisho of the Dai 343 Kaigun Kokutai and Shogun of the Imperial Navy in Exile. Even if you were the perfect description of saints in this universe, coming to our space with Order identifications on a reconnaissance mission does seem very suspicious. I am going to forgive you this one time, considering that your little princess has deleted all gathered data and was complying with our demands. But I am also going to warn you, I don't ever want to see such visitors in our Empire again without an explicit demand that is either going to get accepted or denied. I don't demand any money from you, there has been no damage but a mere annoyance and a waste of time and you cannot return this, so I will be satisfied with your apology.
