To whom it may concern

Her majesties Intelligence Service wishes to ask what the Liberty Government's policy is regarding SIS agents and operatives in Liberty. Specificaly if such men and women are still granted full and free access to Liberty space without the need for escorts. Given the current situation regarding the Gallic takeover of Magellan, we wish to stress the need for inter-organisational cooperation. Especially since the most recent Gallic push has now put the system of Californa at risk.

We also wish to reassure your government, that the SIS is not acting against you in any way, shape or form. We are here as friends and ask only for a clarification on matters regarding our people.

Mr. Weber,

The Bretonian Armed Forces and the S.I.S have been granted access into Libertonian space for quite a while now as allies, and have been exempted from article three of section four of the Liberty charter. Liberty currently has no intentions to revise this policy. However, while it is not necessary, I urge you to contact local authorities before entering Liberty space to avoid any possible issues and to give us a time-space to welcome our incoming guests.

And needn't I remind you that any unauthorized ship seen within the restricted space zones specified in the charter will be shot down without warning.
