Freelancers' Cafe administrator(s),

A patrol lead by Lieutenant Mutsu Ryuzoji discovered today the site of your project aimed at building a facility in the vicinity of Planet Junyo, Shikoku system.

This act is violating Kusari Legal Codex, Section 8; specifically the points 8.1, 8.3, 8.7 and 8.9.
Consequently, this facility will be removed. The following transmission is the only warning Kusari Naval Forces will give until the asset is dismantled.

You are hereby ordered to evacuate the facility without delay. Any individual found inside said facility after a height hours delay will be put under arrest.
