You’ve recently applied for a loan from Interspace Commerce, however, the contract was never signed. Maybe the conditions of Interspace Commerce were unfavorable, so allow me to make a different offer on a private basis:

I am willing to invest in the Taiheiyo Consortium as a private investor in exchange for a minority share, whereas both the amount of the investment and the size of the share would be subject to further negotiations, so they can be tailored to the needs of the consortium

I am also very much interested in investing into colonizing the planet Saigon in Sigma-21. For starters a permanent orbital station, would probably be the ideal way to have a staging point for further development of the planet. But I’m eager to hear how the Taiheiyo Consortium is planing to go ahead in this matter to see where my expertise can come in handy.
