Remy is a known criminal of the Gallic Brigands and is the second in command of the Boulogne Smugglers, one of the largest smuggling rings within the Brigands.
He and his brother, Maxime Moreau, have been trying for several months to undermine the influence of Mathieu Rosseau of Marne, the current most powerful individual within the Brigands in an atempt for them to take his place.
Now that they have started to expand their business to regions outside of Gallia, Remy has tried to influence the groups he has met and taken an interest in, into having a bad impression of Rosseau. Most notably, he has tried to do this so far with The Ratpack and the Golden Chrysanthemum, however his atempts seem to have been to no avail.
Personality:
Remy is usually a very calm person and is rarely seen getting upset. However he tends to lose his cool and concentration when in stressful situations, mainly when he feels cornered by business rivals or by lawfull authorities. This feeling of uneasiness and cowardice makes him avoid direct conflicts, preferring to atempt to bribe the other party or to pay someone else to deal with the problem.
Due to the nature of his business and the way he conducts it, often lying and trying to manipulate other people, Remy has become a cruel man, with a lot of difficulty in trusting other people.
