My name is Leonore Hass, I was recently appointed to the position of Major, within The Red Hessian Army, a position that has seen me often engaged with the forces of Rheinland, the Corsairs and even the Nomads, over the recent months. This position requires a high degree of tactical flexibility, and I have come to find that the Vidar-class Cruiser I have so far been using as mobile command center simply does not meet the requirements I have as a field Commander. I require vessel more suited to the task, being able to reliably deploy in almost any condition, and able to effectively oversee the actions of large scale operations.

As such, after reviewing the two Typhoon-class Destroyers within our fleet, I have come to firmly believe that such a specialist vessel will far better suit me, and enable a far more effective command on the Battlefield. As such, I am requesting the transfer of one such vessel from your Shipyrds to our active fleets, that I might take command of it.

"The 'Typhoon' Class Destroyer has been a proud and productive piece of hardware for quite some time now, constantly being re-fitted and upgraded in order to meet the ever-changing needs of our forces in the field. Many of it's technologies are being utilized in the prototype of the up-coming 'Hurricane' Battle-Cruiser which will be entering it's full-production phase within months. The Red Hessian Army was granted permission to utilize (2) Typhoon-Class Destroyers under our agreement for the Kaliningrad (Jormungand-Class Battleship), however given the fact the Red Hessians have long been supporters of the cause and the Republic the Premier is inclined to grant this request for the extra hardware.

While the Coalition cannot spare any of it's newest Destroyers there is one that has not undergone the most current refits that can be turned over to your control. She is a fine ship and easily modified to meet your needs in the field provided you have access to a shipyards such as Wolfsburg. Will this be acceptable to you Major Hass?"
