Hello, Admiral.
My name is Admiral Mark Ferguson, current Commanding Officer of the the Navy's Third Fleet. I'm contacting you on the grounds of a recent transfer of command from former Admiral David Anderson to myself, and was letting you be informed of the occasion. While Admiral Anderson kept himself a legacy, some other unfruitful events transpired under his command, most notable being the L.N.S. Montana's AWOL. The Third has since recovered from this, and as per military regulation and the SOP of the Third Fleet, I'm transmitting you the Fleet's current roster of active and inactive warships, pertinent personnel and waivers that we hold for our people.
I hope this report is satisfactory, and I look forward to operating alongside you and Admiral Sader in the years to come. Until we meet, I wish you the best.
