Where do I even begin..?
I'll start with an introduction.
My name is Komandā Rai Tanaka of the Kusari Naval Forces. Recently I was given leave time by my sensei, which came in the nick of time for the birth of my sister's second child on Manhattan. I traveled to Liberty in my active duty vessel, and upon the situation being realized by Liberty law enforcement, it was taken care of on the spot. No law violation, no excessive complaints. Lieutenant Commander Bradley of the Navy's Fifth Fleet was there for the whole of it all, even seeing me off so I could get my civilian vessel.
This time around, I'd been on Manhattan for two days since then, and upon trying to retrieve a package for my sister on Fort Bush, I was stopped again, a secondary fleet warship claiming utter nonsense.
Not long after, two wings from either of the Navy's fleets turned up, Lieutenant Daniel Redding, who was there the last time I was forced to leave, and Ensign Nazawo Ayato. They quickly turned to me and began barking the same nonsense, albeit with more polite words.
After another fairly lengthy coversation, I was escorted out by the two pilots, both claiming me to be a member of the Kempeitai.
Not only do I not have the qualifications to be an agent of that honorless order, the idea that I would go to Liberty of all places is absurd. I had both a visa from the commanding officer aboard the Rio Grande, as well as word of mouth from Lieutenant Commander Bradley.
Therefore, under the code of law of Liberty, I'd like to file for a lawsuit against the two pilots and the captain of the warship for their dereliction of duty and false claims of authority.
I will leave this to you. Whether you take action against this is your call, but do note that this could very well spark a conflict neither side wants.
