Extract and then mount the .iso (Use WinCDEmu if you do not have anything to mount).
Open the mounted .iso, run setup, which will install Freelancer.
Download mod:

Run .exe and when complete, you should have an installation of DSLauncer ready to go.
Stuck with the first part, because it downloads too slowly and I don't have a way to download it via qbittorrent.

Oh and I played dota2 aswell. It has one of THE worst communities of all games. Period.
