"Greetings, it has been some time since we last contacted your own people, for this we apologize as we have been reconfiguring our forces here in Southern Sirius to remove a thorn in our side. The Ministry of Plenty is dedicated to supplying the war effort for both the Coalition and it's allies, such as the Blood Dragons and the Coalition Marine Corps expeditionary forces fighting alongside the Blood Dragon Shogunate's own forces on Planet Tomioka.
As it has been some time since the last major supply drop of arms and other vital equipment for your theatre of combat we have been hard at work producing and preparing supplies of Volgograd Ordinance, produced locally by Volgograd Industrial, for use by both the Blood Dragons fighting on Tomioka and to resupply our own forces securing landing zones.
The shipment is expected to arrive within the next day or two, barring the recent surge of Ion Storms, but no-less than (1) standard Sol Week. The CPS Baghdad will be ferrying the supplies to Kyoto where it shall be further sent off to both Tomioka and other Blood Dragon forces in the region. We hope these supplies will be put to good use in the fight against both the corrupted Republic as well as the Kogen forces in Kyushu."
