Directive change

This is important announcment to every single officer in service to The Order Black Fleet. Following orders are to be applied by respective commanding officers as soon as possible. Priority directives to 4th Battlegroup "Black Lance" and assets operating in the Tau sector contained within. Disclosing following information to unauthorized personnel is punishable under The Order Security Act 804 A.S. as enacted by Grand Admiral Pryde.

Fifth September by Sirius Standard Calendar, The Order Overwatch had received official communique from current government of Malta: The National Council with request to cease hostilities between our two parties. Provided circumstances, in which current leading Outcast elite is in process of purging elements allied to Nomads from within their own society had lead us to conclusion that primary motivation behind Order-Outcast war had been satisfied. Therefore, option of continuing war was found as not only damaging to our own agenda but also considered unnecesary waste of personnel and resources. Specifics instructions concerning details of the truce from our side are as follows:

⧫ With immediate effect, The Order assets currently deployed to Omicron Beta are to cease all offensive operations. Our fleet is to remain on stand by, assuming defensive perimeter along our northern flagship O.C.V. Amenta to safeguard Epsilon. Wedjat believes that remnants of Nomad cult may attempt to sabotage the truce, therefore we need to be prepared for possibility of false flag attack. Continued readyness is required should the truce not hold for any potential reason.

⧫ Rules of Engagement for operatives at Omicron front and elsewhere are unchanged save for accounting for and monitoring the Sirius-wide cease fire. Maintain vigilancy and remember that you are not only entitled to but are expected to carry out self-defense protocols from any attack regardless of assailants affilation. Report any incidents immediately.

⧫ Stand clear of star systems commonly understood as controlled by the Outcast regime. Avoid and do not initiate provocations. Give Outcasts comfortable breathing zone within Omicron Beta while keeping Epsilon-Sigma corridor safe for our warships. Avoid Outcast installations elsewhere in the Sirius until further notice.

Directive change

The peace between the current Outcast government and The Order has come to an end. Many pilots of both Primary and Secondary fleets know of the latest attacks of renegade Maltese captains seemingly without approval of the Council of Dons against The Order Protectorate. It has now proven to be part of greater campaign to wage shadow war to destabilize The Order while keeping greater Maltese space safe from retaliation. The latest reconaissance flight into Omicron Alpha, part of joint Maltese-Order institution to remove Nomad influence from northern Omicrons was ambushed and destroyed by combined Maltese-Order armada, including officially reigning National Council ships present at the scene.

The Order Overwatch unanonymously declared state of total war against Maltese state. Any starborne vessels belonging to the Outcasts are to be considered a target of opportunity. Any installation of military strategic importance is to be classified as a threat to The Order as a whole. Any infrastructure that is part of Outcast warmachine are now legitimate targets. The High Command as of today renews its claim to entirety of Omicron Beta as part of The Order Protectorate. Pre-peace campaign to contest ownership of the system with all the resources included is set to restart.

Influential agents and infiltrators with ties to both lawful world and criminal underground of Sirius are to proceed with anti-Maltese propaganda and initiate attempts to turn as many independent factions against the current Maltese State. We do not stand alone as many of our current allies are already in various stances of hostilities towards the Outcasts.

Our home-bound fleet has already repelled initial invaders and took initiative to strike into heart of Outcast Empire. 4th Battlegroup Black Lance is hereby ordered to relieve 2nd "Homeworld" and secure our northern frontier. Additional units are being redirected from Sigma and Kusari regions to meet the needs of this sudden aggression.
