G'day.
Captain Mike here, in charge of the Liberty Police gunboat Fort Dix. During one of our routined patrols in Texas we stumbled upon a bunch of pirates near the dark matter cloud Pequena Negra. We entered pursuit and got drawn to what appears to be an illegal base inside the nebula. The pirates escaped, but I believe this discovery will be worth more. I should also mention that the base is inside the Premium Scrap mining field.
