I am not sure WHO may it concern first of all, i believe appropriate channels will take it from here if need arises.
Now, moving into subject, as you know, Crayter Republic and The Order happened to have healthy relations over some years by now and many successfull joint operations. I wouıd like to say it is time to exchange shipbuilding and weaponbuilding experiences and actual tech even. I think it will be fruitful to have joint built wargear or at least tech Exchange to compensate our weaknesses by land-leased equipment. Sabah Shipyard is suitable for the task of inspecting and making modifications up to gunboat class vessels to work with both teches. Efficiency levels will be determined by Chief Engineer after inspections done.
We can send one ship of each class for you to inspect and do modifications.

I am glad you are considering The Order as a supplier to your navy.
Yeah, we can surely arrange a... mutually beneficial agreement to suit our needs. After all we had went though 818 Tau's hell and pushed Nomads all the way to the gate together. The Order Overwatch is not directly supervising distribution of the surplus hardware. We however decide who deserves to be included in the logistical chain and exports. We will need individual in power capable of acknowledging and signing acquisition contract. Consider myself for any paperwork on the side of the Crayterian Government.
Do note it will come with certain limitations. Nothing overly complex or crippling your ussual activities. The Colonial assets equipped from stern to bow with Order built weaponry cannot be seen attacking major allies and collaborators of The Order Overwatch. The Bundschuh movement as a whole is under our protection. The Blood Dragon Shogunate and Chrysanthemum Sisterhood are also crucial to our operations in Kusari. Crayterians are obviously no privateers and are not considered as any tangible threat to any of our trading partners such as the IMG.
Equipment that will be made available to you will range in any and all weapon systems built by us, save for experimental arms. Hulls will include Onuris interceptor, Bastet space superiority fighter, Nephthys assault gunship, Sekhmet fleet bomber and finally Hathor-class escort. Capital vessels of tonnage equal or bigger than cruiser are off limits. The price will depend on how exactly the Crayterians intend to repuperate production costs. We accept payment in technology and/or SIrian credits. These are our terms we give to The Republic. More detailed list of individual pieces will be made available per request.
Service of equipment will be done on site, conducted by appropriatelly trained personnel of either Colonial or Order outfit. Replacement parts are to be included in the logistical train between Republic and The Order Overwatch. Alternatively, should Crayterian Military find it too difficult to supply us with enough hardware to keep the birds running, we accept blueprints for some of the most crucial subsystems that are most prone to damage in combat environment.

To be honest i wasnt expecting to have to honor of speaking to you in that matter,
The terms and regulations you propose are fairly reasonable, i believe we dont have too different diplomacy so Order vessels fitted with Crayter weaponary wont be that much of a problem. I am assuming Order has stable relations with the Houses nowadays, save for kusari and rheinland i believe. I dont give a single flying bird about what you do against kusari but try to not provoke Rheinland with our weapons fitted on your ships.
We have all weaponary available for you, save for cruiser and battleship grade ones, as well as some experimental prototypes. Otherwise you are good to go. On the ships, we have "Eros" Recon Fighter, "Nyx" Space Superiority Fighter "Pytho"Medium Bomber and "Hydra"-Class Corvette available. "Thanatos"-Class Cruisers and "Zephyr"-Class Mark II Carriers are off limits.
Regarding Supplies, we will drop snubcraft supplies at Carrier Hades and give Order personnel Yellow-grade access to the ship. Gunboat supplies will be handed over at Minato Harbor, Sulawesi Citadel and Sabah Shipyard.
