As we all know, the conflict in the Northern Rheinland Borders has been stopped with a long-term ceasefire, our Vaterland can push its resources into the expeditionary divisions. Your men are ordered to act within territories out of reach for the general Military. You should avoid contact with Liberty Navy patrols, but covertly cooperate with LSF agents in full discretion. You also should avoid contact with Bretonia Armed Forces, in order to preserve peace between our nations and cold-but-old trust. Kingdom of Gallia, despite being official trade partner for the Bundestag, requires constant survelliance on their actions as we have doubts about future peaceful stance of Gallia on Kusari and - more importantly - Rheinland.

These are the following orders:

Primary
Infiltrate Tau Borderworlds and Kyushu - you are allowed to contact Imperial Remnants, if needed.

Secondary
Infiltrate Gallic Borderworlds, alongside with Leeds and Magellan, and observe GRN movements in that area.

Tertiary
Distrupt the relations between new Kusari government and GMG, in order to incite distrust between both in Okinawa - await further orders, if achieved so.

One of my agents have concluded the patrol duties around Okinawa, checking if there might be anything to entice the distrust between GMG and Kusari Government. So far, he found out that New Republic claims part Okinawa as their own zone of influence, according to the starcharts issued by the government. This might be the thing we are looking for, but more time is required.

Okinawa is actually zone of influence for GMG, Kishiro and Interspace Commerce. The presence of Blood Dragons and Hogosha has been also noted as an important fact that might help our actions in the system. Perhaps contacting with Imperial Remnants and Hogosha Association, given how little love is shared between GMG and these two, would provide us with additional support. Myself, I would push certain strings in our shipyards to make few Kusari fighters "dissapear" and fly fake KNF identification code within Okinawa System and Sigma-13.

As for the Gallic presence, the other agents are en route to Tau Systems, where they would contact Imperial Remnants. Maybe we should get some Cloaking Devices into our hands, should we not?

One of my agents had some problems in Rishiri System, then in Hokkaido System, during return from a recon duties against the GRN. In short, two overzelaous Liberty Navy pilots attacked my agent around Lyonnais Gate and followed him right into Hokkaido. It is notable that vessel belonging to GC had a very amused pilot, which helped my agent to eliminate both targets. Looks like they will not be returning home.

I think some Libertonians do not realize there is a ceasefire in use.

Under the most recent circumstances that had been happening in the Rheinland's Sigmese Border led me to believe that survelliance of that part of our glorious Vaterland is top priority of the Operation, which - by the [geschwärzt] order is to be reactivated. This does not change the fact that primary directive is constant to keep an eye on the civil war in Kusari and decide upon the eventual victor to allow us to adjust the proper approach towards either governmental institution. For the time being, the Rheinland's government has not changed the official stance towards Kusari Exiles, nowadays known as Imperial Kusari Navy. However, all the operations within Taus are to be done in the covert manner.

For the time of crisis between GMG and Rheinland, the members of Votanvogel Staffel are allowed to cooperate with unlawfuls or other similiar entities against Gas Miners Guild. If you have to strike against civilian vessels or installations in Sigma-13, do so. There is nothing more crucial than safety and integrity of our glorious nation. In addition, you are more than welcomed to cooperate with Polizei in capture of possible GMG blockade runners and elimination of trespassers.

When it comes to Bering System incident rolling around Freeport 2, you have a free hand to decide if you want to act in there as well. Although this is not advised due to lack of direct access, we should be careful about the course of events in there. Restrict yourself to civilian-based vessels though.

Under the recent orders we have infiltrated the GMG space in order to assess the situation on what could be done on that front. Due to past and recent insults directed towards not only the kanzler but also towards Rheinland as a whole, it is very unlikely that we should wait any longer. I have dispatched two agents to negotiate terms and rules of engagement in regard to Frankfurt. Vogel-3 is taking care of situation inside Bering, in which Freeport 2 - or so-called New Providence - is blocked again and again by Liberty forces. If not lack of connection, it is very likely Military would act and accuse our neighbourhoods for violations of the peace treaty.

Some funds had been directed towards the local Unioners, cause neither Military nor Bundestag is interested into any further action inside Bering System. This is not the move we would adore several years ago, but Rheinland cannot tolerate the presence nearby our borders. Same applies to Hudson, in which it is Navy, not Military, designation lanes leading between our gate and Cold Bay Depot. However, finding no common language with Hudson's unlawfuls, we have to rely on Pacifica elements in order to prevent Liberty gaining the upper hand over yet another border system next to our glorious nation.

According to your directives, the experiment goes on. The subject slowly adapts into the enviroment and is able to comprehend basic words in Rheinsprache. With most of the data lost back in the wake of the conflict with Liberty, our scientists had been able to recover some of it. We cannot guarantee the success of the experiment as a whole, but the overall flow seems to be not distrupted at all. As requested, the further reports will be kept low-profile and should not reach your desk too often in order to protect the project.
