We have evaluated our position and decided not to involve ourselves in direct actions against corporations from houses at war with Liberty. Dear Mr. LaFlamme,

We have been waiting for your Premier's reply to no avail and in the mean time we are facing multiple challenges on different fronts. We made observation on EFL construction sites in Rheinland. It would appear Rheinland has employed or perhaps EFL squeezed in with opportunistic hopes of connecting Frankfurt and Sigma-15 systems. We believe this ordeal is funded by Gallia itself as such logistical endeavor costs a fortune. While we find it ironic that Rheinland would choose more expensive method over our already established network it raises concerns on what influence is Gallia having on Rheinland and how far it can grasp.
