My name is Kurt Mason, captain of the LST-Bison, a Mastodon-class transport belonging to Deep Space Engineering (DSE). Earlier today I was attacked by Unioner pirates in the Texas system and the Navy or Police forces are doing nothing to help with the pirate issue so I had no choice but to ask for your help.

Recently a contract was made to ship parts to the Frankfurt system to repair the broken jump gate and several transport ships were hired to carry those parts. News traveled fast to all sorts of pirates and they scurried to catch easy prey. I'm asking you on behalf of all the innocents that are going to fall or have already fell into their hands, to help us with our problem and in return, we will help you in your times of need.
