Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Sakurai, and i represent the Augus Clan of the Blood Dragons; we represent an opposing force of the corrupt House government, seeking a better future for Kusari through the means of guerilla war tactics, as well as containing the darkness of the Heaven's Gate, where we side closely with The Order in this confrontation that lasts for centuries.

Today, however, we are contacting you on quite a special matter: recently, one of my Brothers caught a couple of quite unusual persons traversing through Tohoku and heading towards the Omicron world, beloning to our closest allies. The vessels were intercepted and asked to explain themselves - a stray 'Churchill'-class gunboat is not something you see every day so far from Bretonia.
According to the following report, the cargo hold of the gunboat of Bretonia origin contained few our pilots and a couple of gunboat captains, identified as beloging to Kusari and Royal Navy respectively. While most of them have little to no interest for your faction, the Naval captain, i believe, is someone you would make some use of.

The reason for this step is simple: we are looking forward to establish a possible friendly approach towards the Gallic opposition.
However, the lack of information about the named opposition, along with some unpleasant accident from the past, somehow involving our previous Shogun and Union Corse - have literally burned all the bridges and closed opportunities for further diplomatic contact, even through our intentions were declared clearly.

Even through i have no right to speak for The Shogunate as a whole - Augus Clan would look forward to clean up this misunderstanding - or, at least, to get to know what exactly happened and what steps would we take to clean up the mess our predecessors left for us.
We are inteding to hand this captain over to you, just tell us the place and time where and when you would be able to pick it up.

Je suis Pierre LaFlamme, Général en Chef Du Conseil, et it's splendid to finally come into direct contact with a representative of the Blood Dragons after so much time. The Council is in a similar position in Gallia as you are in Kusari, we are the greatest armed opposition against the tyrants currently ruling over our people. Until now I've only heard stories about the bravery et endurance of the Blood Dragons, et I am eager to find out more.

The Council welcomes your approach et we are open to cooperation. A meeting for the transfer could be arranged into some hidden corner of the Rishiri system, though we are unsure about the date et time at this point yet, it highly depends on when we find a good enough gap among the tight royalist patrols to get there. That is also a reason for my late response, apologies for that, initially I wanted to reply once we know the date et time as well, but in the end I've decided against making you wait for us more.

We are close to figure out their current patrol patterns, though, which means I can come back to you shortly with a date et time appropriate for us as well. Until then, perhaps you could tell us a bit more about the name et rank of the captured Royal Navy Captain, or the gunboat you intercepted with him on board.

You would be surprised, but the mentioned gunboat captain was not captured during an encounter with the actual Royal Navy heavy unit, but rather - a stray gunboat of Bretonian origin, that somehow went into the hands of some independent explorer, that one of my Brothers have intercepted soon after receiving it's signal near Omicron Epsilon in Tohoku.
The gunboat held a couple of our Brothers in it's cargo hold and was dealt this appropriately.
While the first part of the following report has very little interest for you, General, the second describes the encounter and circumstances that led to the destruction of the vessel, as well as the recovery of the mentioned pilots and captains.
On a side note - i should mention that so far haven't taken any offensive steps towards the Royal Navy captain as i was yet uncertain whetever we should hand him over to the Council - or to the Gallic authorities, so there's little to no information i can provide you with about this officer. However. There's still quite some time until Tuesday and the eventual meeting, so i see it possible to assign one of my Brothers or Sisters to handle the task of interrogation and composing an information package containing the data extracted during their interactions.
As for the location and date - everything fits just perfect, General. I will arrange everything related to our plan immediately.

Stray Churchill in Omicron Epsilon

Reporting in two accounts of ship dismantling. I came across a Kishiro transport in Honshu, considering the way their CEO disrespected our clan I was inclined to destroy the pilot's ship on sight. I ask that you forgive my weakness as I offered the pilot a chance to keep their vessel in exchange for a reasonable donation.

Three million credits seemed reasonable considering the lack of respect their leader had shown, the Captain then choose to mock me with offers of one to three credits. It seems that even the Kishiro captains are as equally ignorant as their leader. After my generous offer was denied multiple times I began firing upon the transport, after removing the vessel's shields I gave the captain one last chance.

He seemed to not care about his life nor the value of his ship, perhaps Kishiro has too much money.

I returned home to Okinawa and after a short patrol in Tohoku, I captured a Gunboat signal heading to the Omicron Epsilon jump hole. The Gunboat captain jumped to epsilon where I first intercepted him. He was flying a Churchill class Gunboat of Bretonian origin, he explained how the vessel had traveled so far, he informed me that he was an independent explorer with no ties to any groups.

That was enough to convince me that he was no harm, however, after a scan of his cargo hold, I saw that he had captured 2 Blood Dragon pilots. I asked him to hand these pilots over and at first, he complied but as soon as he got a chance he turned tail and ran, I gave him 3 chances to stop but he did not listen. The following skirmish was tense, a Gunboat like that against my light bomber, still the ship was destroyed.

Upon the destruction of the vessel, I discovered that the pilot also had a few Kusari Navy Forces pilots a Kusari Gunboat Captain and a Gallic Navy Gunboat Captain. I have already delivered the Blood Dragon and Navy pilots to Chugoku but I have retained control over the Gallic gunboat captain that I have rescued. He has been treated well but still kept under lock and key. Would you like me to turn him over to the Shogunate or would you have any use for him?

Our agent tasked with the transfer has confirmed the success of the meeting. The alleged royal officer in question will be questioned soon, et then we'll find out who this person actually is.

On the other hand I sadly cannot provide the same favor in return - the transfer of an officer opposite to your cause in our custody -, but perhaps there could be other ways by which we could repay your kindness. According to my past experiences an opening in trade relations is a good example of a decent first step towards an indeed fruitful cooperation. It is relieving to hear that the effort arranged ran so smooth in the end. We wish you the best of luck in dealing with your dear guest.
But, turning straight to the matter at hand - our future relationship. Trade agreement would be indeed a viable option for the first step, and there is indeed a matter at hand we just can not accomplish with our own means withour your prior permission or assistance; our installation in sector 2 Epsilon in Okinawa system is in urgent need of large amount of High Performance alloy. 31600 units of the said commodity, to be precise. And it is hardly obtainable by our own means, with the approximate opportunities eventually close to zero.
And there stands a question - would any of your installations be able to either produce High Performance alloy in the amount we are in need of, or would one of them as well have a formidable bulk of it to be transported to the designated location.
Depending on the possibility of such opportunity - i would like to see The Council to organise their logistic division to perform the challenge we face in a short period of time (with leaving their own priotitized tasks unharmed, we have the perfect understanding of the existance of Council own needs at hand). As the extension of this - i am requesting the permission for Augus Logistic vessels Kunashiri and Ishigaki, as well as their approximate escorts - with their transponders marked with Augus callsign - to traverse through Council territories along with the permission to dock to the installation capable of providing Dragons with High Performance alloy.

Concerning the fact that Dragons and The Council are starting to operate side by side - i can not leave aside the fact of an unpleasant accident happened once in the past with the group named Union Corse. This happened before the disbandement of Gallic Junkers, and, apparently, the least were hired by our previous Shogun to search and destroy one of the Corse operatives.
Such a dishonorable act surely did not pass unchecked, and our attempt of approaching the said group have failed; with this old grudge serving the purpose of denying our attempt of contacts extension. With the understanding of that you may have no influence upon their actions and that turning to you with a request to soothen such an awkward accident might be a little too much - we still would not like to see our transports loaded with cargo of Alloys blown up somewhere halfway because of the stupid old grudge held by some poorly-minded 'revolutioners' tending to remember people's mistakes of the past.
Words from our side made little to nothing effect on the opinion of those men, and i honestly doubt i should try out another attempt of approaching them with any form of request while they are still obsessed with the idea of remembering this old misunderstanding to us each time we try to make a step for a better relations.
Would you be able to see if it is possible for you to try and acquire neutrality status for our vessels traversing through Lyonnais and Rishiri, which they consider as 'their sovereign territory', or should we consider providing our own convoys with a formidable escort to counter the possible attempt of it's destruction by Union Corse?
This matter of safety of our convoys i would like to see resolved, this or another way. If it somehow will involve my participation - please, inform me, we will try to hold up to it - unless it is some ridicolous nonsense.

While we do have some access to the commodity of your request, sadly far not to that extent. High performance alloy stocks find their way to our warehouses through the various passages of the Gallic black market. Tight lawful regulations regarding the commercial transportation of this good keep the influx to our stations quite low. At this point I can only estimate the amount of high performance alloy we could spare to be at around 10.000 crates, which we are ready to ship at any moment.

Et there comes the next obstacle: we are not that familiar with the stellarography of Kusari, et would require some updates regarding the pathway from the Rishiri system to the Okinawa system. Since our standing with the Kusari authorities isn't anywhere being decent, it would be ideal if you could share the relatively hidden passages from system to system on the way there, away from the main traffic areas. With this information at our disposal The Council would have significantly higher chances to guarantee that the goods you requested reach their intended destination.

Regarding your relations with the Corse, I'm not sure if I can help. I am mainly used to speak for myself et my own, but speaking for others or mediating isn't something I do often or would say I have too much experience at. it is you who are aware of what happened back then et which circumstances changed since your conflict with the Corse. There is also a chance that the Corse leadership changed just like how there were changes in the Blood Dragon leadership in the past years. There is also the possibility of Corse themselves already forgetting those old grudges. Either way, if you are still concerned about the safety of your transport ships in Gallic space, you are free to bring escort craft along with them. Alternatively you can stay away as well until your issues are resolved, as it doesn't take too much of our logistics capacity to carry the mentioned amount of alloys.

I see no real issue there, we appreciate any assistance provided and can not really enforce our own conditions as it would be completely not justified by the current state of affairs and common courtesy.

The Union Corse, through, was mentioned as it is known to be another counterpart of Gallic Crown, acting primarily within Gallia and it's border worlds. mainly Rishiri and Tau-37, and it would be an awkward ocassion if our tense relationship would somehow affect an upcoming possible alliance with The Council. This is not the result we would benefit from.
We will consider providing our transports with a formidable escort.
As for the navigation concerns - those are clearly unnecessary as i will send my representative to guide your transports for the route to be mapped and used in the future.
