A lot of time has passed since we talked, however, it seems we have a lot to discuss.
It came to my attention that reformed government is preparing a message to the guild regarding some topics, I think it would be better for us both if we can discuss them and reach a conclusion before the official parties contact you. Let's begin then:
Sigma-17 question.
We are glad that you managed to reduce Samura influence in the system, however, it was a bastion of Kusari in sigmas, they fought for it once already, and Kusari Government will never let go of the planet Kurile. Naval Forces units from the Kurile already provided some information regarding the Guild assault on the planet and with the reformation of the government, the general mood is not very forgiving. I must say that most likely they will be willing to spend resources to get it back and currently they have means to move forces to Sigma-17. We would like to avoid any bloodshed and have a solution that can benefit both of us.
Ownership of the planet will be transferred to Kishiro, this way Kusari will regain its outpost, Samura will be removed from the system and you will be more than welcome on the planet under our control. This will also free you some units for other missions. We can discuss the details if you are willing to accept this plan.
Sigma-21 question.
We understand the Guild claim on whole Sigma sector, however, we believe that this grave miscalculation of forces will be catastrophic. Sigma-15 is already out of the reach and two houses are trying to claim sigma-21 not counting some corsair barbarians. It is unwise to be hostile against all parties currently present in the system and you are already at war with two out of three. We are willing to back up the guild in the Government if you are willing to support Kusari claim on the system and planet Saigon. Rumors are spreading that Kishiro will be in charge of the colonization instead of Samura and we do not want any bad blood with our allies.
Recreation of the Aomory treaty.
We believe that it's being too long without the ratified treaty. The last one was declared void and the new one never set up. With the above-mentioned details, we believe that it is a time to formally declare everything, the stance of Guild towards Kusari and vice versa. This will help to ease tensions and work on joint operations against mutual enemies.
We hope this transmission will not catch you off-guard, Kishiro only wishes for a prosperity of both, Kusari and the Guild and looking for peacefull solutions.
We believe that these points will help both parties, however, it is now up to you if you are willing to discuss them.
