My trasnmission is the beginning of a conference & negotiations. I open it at three points for discussion:

1. Our current diplomatic relationship:

Sincerely, I welcome our Crayter Republic friends because in this chaos nowadays good relationships have very high value. With regard to the success of our recent trial I feel like it's time to find the Republic again. Briefly reviewing the position of the Gateway in Cortez I really do not see a bright future. Our base is in the middle of a bloody battlefield GRN's pressure is increasing above our heads. Based on several inbound reports, the number of local attacks is increasing and it's getting harder to secure business traffic. Because of the war zone, Oceana does not mean any more commercial revenue for Gateway Shipping Inc. what's more, a very serious investment to keep it alive. We look at this base as Cortez's last stronghold, now it's fully supplied base, we are prepared for everything and all our hopes is in the united, opposing army. Special thanks to all brave Crayter fighters those who face our enemies every day. I hope their courage is eternal and unbreakable !

2. Where are the trade routes ?:

As I described in the previous point the commercial life in Cortez show an exponential decline. Due to significant losses the design and implementation of the new trade & commercial guidelines that we have been planning became timely. Based on our current goals, we will continue to find peace and business partners in new places. The roads leading to Coronado but we can not be sure without Your partnership & permission. Negotiating our business interests would be of any importance because we plan to see a commercial boom in Coronado. The multiplicity of our commercial culture makes it easier and more accessible to gain space for Coronado in Sirius's commercial life. All these advantages become especially Crayter Republic advantages too. Our trading forces can provide widespread development which in the present war period would improve the financing of the military background. We do not want to take away CR's commercial space. We want to give something more and new with our presence in Coronado.

3. Establishment and office premises:

I start this chapter with the greatest courage. In the present situation, we would need in Coronado System to find or make a point where we could set up a smaller site and where we can set up offices and storages, as well as permanent gateway residents. Most of the Gateway crew would be moved from Oceanas, which would employ about 150 to 200 people. All these people need new spaces in one of the existing facility, or a completely new base. For us, it would be one of the best places Planet Pecos most notably on Camp Lister. To our knowledge, IMG is the property of the base. But it's an important question what is your position that we settle down to the base by extending Camp Lister. What is still important to us what opportunities are offered in the positive judgment of our plans. There is this possibility to gain a living space in the System and what is the right legal and valid methodology ? All these aspirations are for Ocena workers. Their local trading experience would be difficult to substitute. By and large our commercial intention and our experienced staff from Oceana Shipping Platform gave us enough motivation to sit down to negotiate with big plans.

Straight and serious speech, thank you for being honored with your response. As far as our diplomatic relationship is concerned, I think there is no obstacle to our aspirations.

After prolonged discussions the Gateway Executives came to a common agreement to accept your offer. The evolving economo-social data is persuasive and the Yuma's protection zone is convincing. In a further step, we accept the terms. We offer a chair in the base management team for Your experienced Crayter resident who is fit for this task. I would like to interview the selected member before the announcement to get to know and get used to the lifestyle of our base. All these changes implies that we accept the local laws. For simplicity of these I am proposing the creation of an agreement in which all the necessary data is included.

I think most of the paperwork is ready refinements and details remain for a subsequent discussion. What matters to me is the resolution of the base staff evacuation and the big challenge is the base relocation. Oceana is a highly developed and very powerful designed base, one of the strongest and best self-protectioned base in Sirius. Right now the base is protected by six weapon platforms. Basis self-sufficient system and capacity suitable for longer movements due to its structural condition, it will not disintegrate for any movement. That's why we thought about it after a thorough engineering survey and preparation the base can be completely towed to Coronado and the weapon platforms must be transported separately. Before the project starts, the crew would be evacuated on Planet Yuma to minimize the risks.

Questions to be answered in the design of the project:
- Under what engineering conditions the base can be towed ?
- Which are the exact coordinates in orbit of Planet Yuma ?
- What forces should be used for the project ?
- What financial implications do we need for the execution of the project ?
Of course, all these questions do not cover all the issues so I suggest involving an experienced team, Crayter Defense Industries engineers. In the past I was lucky to get to know their work, it was convincing. Working with our engineers, I think the project will be feasible. The project should be called "One-way road".

Reinstalling the base in orbit of Planet Yuma is simply phenomenal. Witty. We are preparing with great efforts to solve this project perfectly. And the offer is very generous. But I think The Republic will win much more economically and strategically if the base appear on orbit of Planet Yuma.

Our engineers started the works. Full help and accessibility is provided for the Hephaestus Company they can start shipping and working. Emptying the base is started after the ISE has been completed their work. To work more smoothly, day and night we welcome our guests for a little fun in Oceana's bar & pub.

The base shutdown process is slowly progressing. According to the plan, with external guidance, the base core energy source can be manipulate by remote control before the space jump. But in any way I would like to get to know informations about the jumping fleet. It is possible to move such a base safely by space jumping ? From the fleet we'll need a flagship that will be able to manipulate the base core with external control and the Captain to whom I personally give the base access codes to order the processes without any surprises.

Secondly, I would like to further discussion with the base new location in Coronado system. Mapping of available areas the best options for us should be the equal distance between Manchester jump hole and Cortez jump hole. This option corresponds to our commercial goals. The quiet and cool world of the nearby Pecos planet it could be better solution to a temporary mooring for our transports and escort ships. In any case, I will contact IMG for a separate permit to use Camp Lister empty standing hangars while the Oceana's crew would be on the safe planet Yuma. I hope the plans shown are right for Crayter Republic and our plans don't violate any local laws.
