You have all recently attended the first organized meeting of a new group, which I have helped organize to reform the Sigma Alliance in a new fashion. While I was unable to attend the preliminary meeting myself, I have heard only good news about the outcome of this event. Thus, I have elected to begin communications between the participants over the neural net.

Each of you will receive an encoded link, where we can begin communications in a more secure way. Then, we can begin the lengthy process of establishing a treaty, where ground rules and clarifications of the new Sigma Alliance can be laid out away from prying eyes.
