Good evening Master Wells.
It would appear that you are within the bounds of the law and have carried out your duty accordingly, thus I cannot fault you for failing to uphold the law. Given that the Crayterians are well aware of article four, subsection seven, I see no reason for them to be excluded from it's requirements.
