Neumann slowly walks to the podium with serious face while representatives are standing. The place is very quiet, only sound of chancellor´s walk can be heard. She arrives to the lectern and starts with speech*

Honourable members of the Bundestag, fellow citizens of the Bundesrepublik Rheinland and honest people from all over the Sirius!
It saddens me to step hier in front of you again in time when Rheinland is victim of an unexpected attack. As some of you may heard already, Rheinland forces which fight in Sigmas against evil terrorists which call themselves the Gas Miners Guild were attacked massively by the Kusari Naval Forces without any clear reason in the Sigma-21 system. It seems that once more there was a wolf in sheep's clothing, just like it happened with GMG.
*Suddenly big pictures and short videos of KNF strike wings during the attacks and the damaged or destroyed Rheinland ships start to be projected on the wall behind the chancellor*
During this unprovoked aggression, many our soldiers died and even more others were injured. Obviously, The Kusari Empire decided to take side of their kin, despite they were directly asked to stay away from the Sigma war zone. Damen und Herren, Rheinland cannot tolerate this! Whole Sirius knows we did not choose the war with the GMG, but we had no choice after their insidious attack on the Fulda station. Yet it seems the government of the new restored Empire is trying for some reason to scare us from our fight against this criminal and terrorist organization and force us to retreat from the guild´s space.
But we will not make even single step back. The fight we started is for the protection of not only Rheinland citizens, but all honest people of Sirius. We cannot stop and we will not. For very long time, Rheinland considered Kusari as a friend and business partner. But their recent actions are nothing but an act of war and will be treated as such! Thus I am forced to announce that all Kusari forces are hereby considered as combat targets for all Rheinland forces in the Sigma systems and space of the Bundesrepublik until The Kusari Empire will withdraw all their combat ships from this area, and also until it will reimburse the Bundesrepublik for the caused damage and publicly apologise.
Moreover, during the state of war between our two houses the export of following commodities to Kusari is no longer allowed: Ablative Armor Plating, APM Advanced Hardware, Armaments, Azurite Gas, DT Fuel, Light Arms, Military Vehicles, Munitions, Nuclear Devices, Plutonium and Side Arms. This list may change and if it happens, it will be publicly announced as well as all other additional measures which may be taken.
In my final words for this moment, I would like to stress that the Rheinland government still hopes that the government of The Kusari Empire will re-evaluate their course of actions and recognize their mistake. We do not wish the war nor spilling the blood of our so far good neighbours. But everyone in the universe must be made aware that any attempt to attack the Bundesrepublik or to intimidate it by force will be met with the most serious consequences.
