The Order and Crayter have shared military interests in the past, but now that the Republic has managed to get a foothold in Coronado long enough to deploy larger production and research facilities, there’s more common ground to explore. I would like to point out two potential fields of interest.
Firstly, I’m happy to announce that we’ve begun to install jump drives on a large part of our fleet, which provides us with unmatched mobility in the wars against Gallia and the Outcasts. I believe we would presently also be able to assist the Order in increasing your own mobility for the Sirius-wide fight against Nomads. More importantly, we've stumbled upon possible nomad activity while traveling through hyperspace, which may lead to understanding more about how they communicate or exist in other dimensions.
Second, the expanded jump capability of our fleet has created the need for stealthy ships that can provide us with accurate hyperspace surveys behind enemy lines, without being detected. As I understand it, the Order has experience in the field of stealth, and in building cloaking devices without risk of Nomad infestation.
I would therefore like to propose an exchange of technology, scientific personnel, and resources to advance both our goals through collaboration in these two fields.

We do not share classified techs of The Order so easily, you must understand. However, Crayter has been supporting The Order for about as long it exists. Cloaking technology is fairly delicate matter which took The Command to discuss considerable ammount of time.
The Order Overwatch conveyed and agreed, under certain and rather simple terms. Our involvment is to remain covert, any traces kept to need to know basis. It is for concerns of both Crayterian diplomacy and our own integrity that The Order officially looks down upon employment of various cloaking technologies outside of own ranks, save for few groups out there that have sacrificed for our cause dearly past the boundary than our think tanks expected them to collapse. Therefore all parts provided will be untracable to The Order in situation your vessels will be compromised behind the enemy lines. We respect you for what you have done but we both live in two different worlds... we are outcasts and enemies of the House Governments out of neccesity to remain independent while you officially build your own destiny as filament of "lawful" values at first glance. Our diplomacies diverge but insufficiently to create any animosity.
Secondly, the jumpdrive technology. As we understand you are far more sophisticated at employing this specific example of faster than light technology. The Order had learned to understand and rely upon jumpholes as intrinsically as Ageira's own mastery over jumpgate technology. However only specially outfitted Osiris-class battleships have the neccesary infrastructure to evoke an artificial jumphole. We are specifically looking to catch up and find a solution to minimize the solution towards our Geb class light carriers or outsource to more knowledgable institution in this field.
If you can fulfil this request, we can begin to transmit neccesary scientific data once more secure connection can be made on line Minato-Alexandria. The Geb carrier is heavily modified Osiris chassis, even more lightweight and designed with greater emphasis on speed and carrier operations. While we can scale cloaks all the way to light fighters, Geb's powergrid is unable to maintain neccesary energy levels for full scale FTL drive, making our already existing systems incompatible with the warship. I want O.C.V. Fedayeen, our flagship and one of the examples of the Geb class carriers to feature one of the first of jumpdrives that Crayterians can provide.

I believe the =CR=RV-Athena should be able to jump the O.C.V. Fedayeen from the Omicrons... or wherever and whenever you want to rendezvous... to Coronado, where we'll adapt one of our drives to its needs. You'll have the choice between a rapid drive that will jump it after only 30 seconds charge time, or a drive that is slower to charge, but which will allow it to jump an entire fleet. Since docking modules are a bit... uhm... inadequate at times, I recommend the latter.
As for the cloak, it's needed on the =CR=RV-Orpheus. That's our prototype hyperspace survey scout. It's a retrofitted civilian "Bustard" class carrier which the Crayter Republic originally acquired to study Sirius technology. It's currently also the only ship we believe that is able to carry a cloak, hyperspace survey module, and jump drive simultaneously.
I guess we could also do both technology transfers via blueprint exchange too, if you prefer.
On the important subject of discretion that you brought up, I wholeheartedly agree and had already made some plans in that respect. In the event of capture or destruction and possible salvage of our retrofitted ships, we'll install auto-destruct mechanisms on the sensitive devices, as well as plant manufacturers seals such as "Secret Valley Workshop" or "Logan's most exciting Equipment" on non sensitive components. Or any pseudo-provenance you would choose.
Once that's taken care of, there will be plenty more subjects such as shared hyperspace coordinate databases and reconnaissance to discuss.

We have assembled and loaded all neccesary components aboard O.C.V. Fedayeen and accounted for all specialists required for this mission. I will be in command personally as it is my flagship of many years. We will rendezevous with chosen by you part of Crayterian jumping flotilla at co-ordinates of your exit closest to The Order Protectorate Space. It will be a good even if brief visit to another world.
