We here at Nichols Trade Center however are aiming on the specialisation on two product sets, namely Cloaking Devices of any size and Docking Modules for Carriers. This would boost Isle of Skye's influence on the market as possible competition by Omicron Supply Industries would be terminated. On the other hand, with the specialisation on Docking Modules and Cloaking Devices, Nichols Trade Center's production output would also impact on Isle of Skye's sales of said products, as Nichols Trade Center currently, according to our information, offers the better deals.

We can either compete on the market, or co-operate in this particular case. We would like to offer you this partnership program in case you prefer the latter. The program features the following:

Nichols Trade Center uninstalls factory modules for the production of Jump Drives, Cloaking Disruptors and Hyperspace Equipment. In return, Nichols Trade Center maintains the factory modules for the production of Docking Modules and Cloaking Devices

Isle of Skye uninstalls factory modules for the production of Docking Modules and Cloaking Devices. In return, Isle of Skye maintains the factory modules for the production of Jump Drives, Cloaking Disruptors and Hyperspace Equipment.

The Omicron Supply Industries donate a sum of 200.000.000 Credits to Isle of Skye to cover the expenses for the proposed alterations of factory module loadouts.

Isle of Skye and Nichols Trade Center establish and maintain a permanent co-operation channel for the coordination of possible collaborations in the production of items. This channel is only available to the highest ranked representatives of Isle of Skye and Omicron Supply Industries and under no circumstances is to be revealed to third parties. This is to avoid possible diplomatic issues with third parties.

The Omicron Supply Industries may assist in the delivery of materials required for the production of items on Isle of Skye. Monetary compensation is on a similar level of profit as regular commodity trading would generate.

Isle of Skye and Nichols Trade Center may advertise the product range of each other in case of clients showing interest in the purchase of related items.

The Omicron Supply Industries may purchase items from Isle of Skye for selling them to third parties that are at least neutral to OSI.

As you can take from the proposed features of the program, the partnership program supports an economic boost for OSI and BMF by specialisation of existant assets for optimization. The removal of superfluous factory modules allows both Nichols Trade Center and Isle of Skye to use the available module slots for logistical upgrades, as for example additional Storage Modules. This would allow Isle of Skye, for example, to store Gold Ore from Dublin or ores mined in the Omegas, up to 80.000 units if you install two Storage Modules.
