Hola and salutations, my name is Herman Diaz and i am sending this comms on recommendation of one of you're transporter captains. You see i was flying some cargo here and there and he well... kinda spotted me while my ship was having a small error, *shrugs* While i was rebooting the on board computers he and i had a little talk which you can find in the attachment.

Now i know my kind isn't known for being good diplomats or even as a friendly face to most but we of the Apostatas are not like the regular corsair you see and we even have been exiled from our home at this point, you see our goals in our little group of brothers could no longer sit idle and see the council of elders supporting the Brotherhood in their quest to hurt and enslave our own kind in every way possible. When we spoke up we where met with fists and pitchforks.
*Laughs awkwardly*

Now this all might make you wonder what it is that makes us different then that regular breed of my kind, let me try to explain you that here. You see we of the Apostatas know the value and potability's our great house could have and we are trying to make that happen and have to have an true hispanic house that can rival any of the other houses.

Sadly with us being exiled from our home we at this point are doing what we can to better our position and as such it would be unwise for us to reject on an possible offer you may have for us. This means we want to have a meeting with one of you're people to explain our goals in depth and hopefully find an angle where we both can benefit from or at the least have some common grounds to work of from.

I hope this comms will be an start of a good working relation with both our houses and as such we are impatiently waiting for you're response. For now i wish you and you're men and women all the best, with friendly regard from,

Herman Diaz

Konbanwa, mister.. Goldfinger?

Quite some time ago I was notified about your group by miss Inoue, the person behind Interspace's transport vessel Lansing with which you've made contact. I apologize for the long delay, but the Roppongi offices have been in an uproar due to the recent conflicts between the Rheinland military and Kusari's own naval forces, and as you can assume there's just so much work to be done that my hands were absolutely tied from contacting you any sooner.

My secretary thoroughly informed me of the contents of your conversation, and I do apologize about the fact I'm unable to let her personally handle this matter, but I have to follow company policies.

Now, your pilot spoke of many things, large plans and projects, ambitious but very difficult to pull off, creating a lawful house of the Hispania's descendants given their current state sounds like nothing short of fantasy, but it would be a very pleasing thing to see should it miraculously be manifested into reality, and good for business, as I always have to keep my perspective somewhat on capital.

Sadly, I cannot fulfill your request of setting up a meeting, because compared to myself, the companies main representatives have even more on their plate, but I'd like to hear your ideas once more personally, over this channel. Explain your goals, and tell me what kind of role would Interspace be playing in such a grand performance, and should we find common ground, I'll be able to make this more official.

Raku Yagami

Buenos Diaz Raku Yagami,

My name is Lanzo Walker, General of the Apostatas and head of all operations including those of the Commerce division of whom, your pilot miss Inoue had contact with.
It is a true pleasure to get acquainted with your organization and it's fine caliber of businessmen and women.
"El oro es poder" is a famous saying amongst our more financially tuned minds in the commerce division, a rough translation would be "Gold is power" Señor Yagami. The Universal currency of Sirius, the credit is certainly no different here and I believe the analogy fits rather well. That being said, for any economy to thrive, one must make a calculated move into a particularly beneficial venture, lawful trading Señor.

For eons, the corsairs as you call them, Cretans as we refer to ourselves have prided ourselves over ruthless piracy and the trade of dangerous artifacts. A common misconception when an outsider first sees us. There are those among us who strongly believe that this life based around piracy and illegal trade is but a means to a slow painful end, an end that can occur in a multitude of ways. Frankly speaking, we the citizens of Crete, her people have had enough of the tyrannical rule and downright inhumane living conditions we are forced to undergo while the elders live in complete ignorance to their own people. Our pioneers never had this as the future of her people on-board the Hispania, a shameful existence we have lived, an existence we will tolerate no longer. For we are the Apostatas and we will bring about a new Golden Age for our people by any means necessary.

The current leadership of the Cretan populace is the Council of Elders (The Brotherhood). Their "rule" has resulted in our people being renowned across the Sirius system as the largest group of organised pirates. A name we are not proud of having, a name we choose to shed should we come to power.
Due to this mentality of the Elders, The Cretans have made many enemies and the Houses are all included here.
The Apostatas believe that for a sustainable existence, this diplomatic stance with the houses needs to be repaired and changed positively. We wish to be the harbingers of this positive change and are hence reaching out to the most reputed commerce organization across Sirius, Interspace Commerce. We hope that you can be our liaison into Liberty initially to show the people there than we are different and can cooperate with the local laws.
From a business point of view, we of the Apostatas can offer multiple commodities to trade at the lawful level. A manifesto will be provided in the end of this message with all the potential commodities we can offer.

As another factual statement, we condemn the illegal artifact trade to the New York System and are taking the necessary steps to end this market entirely. We believe that such unpredictable and downright dangerous items should not be sitting in the house of some civilian collector as a trophy. Rather, they belong in research labs where this technology can be reverse engineered for the betterment of said House.

Esta es nuestra historia señor Yagami. I hope you see us in a better light now. We await your response on this channel Señor.

Gracias

Konbanwa, mister Walker.

It is a great pleasure to make your acquaintance, I am always respectful of men and women with such a high caliber of a progressive mindset, especially when the men and women in question are on the same page as us when it comes to the true value of capital. Now, I think I've been keeping you at the edge of your seat for long enough. Hopefully you understand that your proposal had to be discussed thoroughly before I could make my reply.

Now as you've mentioned, the centuries long view most of Sirius' populace holds over the Corsairs, proves to be a large hindrance in your peoples progression. Yet there is no problem that can't be solved through careful step by step planning.

I'll get straight to the point here, we can easily obtain things such as Iridium and Azurite Gas through our APM assets, and while an extra source of said goods would in no way hurt us, there is one thing that came to mind which only your people are capable of procuring in large quantities. Artifacts.

Following your concept, we might be able to set up an agreement with the Libertonian government through which our own company along with the Apostatas as the main source of the before mentioned commodity could legally move the said goods between certified governmental research facilities.

Currently, most of the research Artifacts were gained through seizing illegally transported loads, or through the discovery of lesser deposits of such. So gaining access to those which come directly from Crete, known to be most likely the universes largest Dom K'Vosh artifact site would greatly affect the pace of the progress at which researchers make a breakthrough in cracking down this alien technology, so I don't see a situation where it would be impossible to convince the government at agreeing to something like this.

While the concept itself sounds simple, should we be successful at setting this up, it would be a big first step towards establishing a lawful house of the Hispania's descendants, as a steady economy and a legal source of income is an important aspect in building a company, as well as a republic. From that point, we'll be able to discuss further developments. Your aspirations have piqued my interest, mister Walker, and I am ready to invest large sums of credits on a personal level, as well as to point my company towards this profitable venture, in both this, and similar projects, that is, should we manage to stay on common grounds.

I've laid out my proposal, and I am patiently awaiting on your input.

Keii o motte,
Raku Yagami

Buena noches Senor Yagami,

I would like to begin by first apologies for this long delay. To save a long story, our communication's array got damaged due to the recent stellar events that plagued the omicrons. This brings us to a some very distasteful news senor.

Omicron Beta was once home to the largest untapped deposit of rich terraforming organisms more commonly dubbed "Cryo-Organisms". After this stellar event, our mining and survey teams registered a complete disappearance of this organism. Our research teams have been dispatched post haste but have yet to provide a conclusion as to the fate of this resource but for all intents and purposes, there might be a high probability that these organisms may have gone extinct in Omicron Beta.

However, we did manage to secure a large stockpile of these organisms prior to this event in a Faraday cage preventing the stellar event from destroying them. If you can send a transport to a designated location, we are more than willing to provide you with a few samples. Perhaps the Libertonian science divisions will have more luck in finding a way to artificially reproduce more of these valuable micro-organisms. The value of natural terraforming is truly one that must not be squandered.

With that aside, I am pleased to see that you share my vision of progress senor. I am personally convinced that with your generous help and with a fountain of patience, we can and we will make this possible. My only request is that we prevent any potentiality of these dangerous artifacts from ever falling into the hands of civilians or people with malicious intent. As such, if we were to see this to it's fruition, I request that only Apostatas, Interspace Commerce and =LSF= ships be granted permission to move these dormant super-weapons to Libertonian Military installations.

Senor Yagami, your words give me hope in that, perhaps we Cretans do have a chance to reconnect with the rest of Sirius in a better light.
In time and with your dedicated help, a bright future beckons.

Gracias

Mister Walker,

There is no need to apologize, the situation was out of your control and I'm sincerely glad that your group managed to resolve the problem. On the flip side, I too am guilty of having these long waiting times for my own replies, running all of my decisions through the board can be a slow and painful process as they pick apart every word I chose to mouth, and I do personally tend to get very absorbed into planning official routes and convoys for my pilots to secure a steady cash flow. So for that, I must apologize as well.

It is very unsettling that such a valuable resource was extinguished, but it is beyond our power to predict what the stellar forces will do next. I cannot speak on behalf of Interspace as a whole in this regard, but I myself as both a business man and a person who enjoys seeing progression would be interested in acquiring these samples. Investing in relevant up-to-date equipment for handling and sustaining them, as well as a few extra employees aboard the Hikawa, is in no way a financial issue, and should a trustworthy research group catch my eye, I'd be more than happy to distribute them, and should they lack funding, freeing up a few quarters and a letting go of a few hundred million credits is no hindrance.

Now, as for the Artifacts. I see no problems with what you're asking here, it is only logical that the root source, the investor and the relevant law enforcements and republic security are allowed to handle such dangerous materials. Our Bisons are well armed and armored, and our escorts are skilled. The Apostatas themselves, as natives of the Omicrons, a naturally hostile environment, are also more than trustworthy when it comes to your capability to protect the cargo. All I can say is that I'm in full agreement with your terms.

With that, I think it is finally time for us to put this plan into motion. You may step forward to the Libertonian government with this proposition at your leisure, but my personal suggestion would be this: Formulate the words you wish to lay out to the parties mentioned, run them through me, I give my promise to carefully read each and every word you plan to say, and I will give my professional input. Please take no offense to this, I trust your diplomatic skills, but I myself, even though I handle business in Kusari, have dealt with the Libertonians for years, a sideline point of view can only help make things go smoother.

Once the communication is ready, I will also record a communication from my part, in contrast to yours, which the Apostatas will be sending out in pair, the purpose of such an action being obvious. I sincerely hope I am not over-stepping my boundaries, but I would be a liar if I didn't say that, while this is an, understatedly amazing thing for the progress of your people, I am very excited over this whole subject on a personal level.

Keii o motte,
Raku Yagami

Buena dias Senor Yagami,

Es bueno saber de usted con tan buenas noticias. El camino hacia el dorado está casi terminado.
It is truly safe to say that our commerce division is very excited to see this motion passed. I also see wisdom in your words Senor Yagami and as such, will do as you have advised.

High Command and the Commerce division will deliberate on the subject of proposition along with the necessary wordings of pleasantries.
We will then transmit this communique to you on this channel for a second round of critiquing on your behalf.
After your approval, we will transmit this message directly to the Libertonian Government once we have acquired their Channel Code from you.
A roadmap we now possess, a path we must follow that leads to El Dorado senor. We thank you senor Yagami for your continued support in this matter. We look forward to seeing this to the very end.

On the matter of the valuable resource, if you wish the acquire it, I would recommend you send an armed escort to our installation in Omicron Theta. Given the rather confidential nature of this package, I would recommend you take your most trusted pilots for this pick up operation.
We will transmit the installation's coordinates via a separate secure channel.

We hope to hear from you soon.

Gracias
