I am Dr. Stephen Callahan of The Order, and your organization comes up frequently at Zoner installations as the "go to" for research and development of Nomad weapons. As it turns out, me and my organization frequently destroy such vessels (obviously) and we want to help advance weaponry technology to use against the Nomads. We are willing to work out a trade deal, we supply you with remains and in return any progress or weapons made out of these remains would go towards the Order Cell "Legacy of Orillion" (|O|-). We realize the fight against the nomads cant be won alone and any help you can provide is much appreciated.

Doctor Callahan,
We currently don't do any weapon tech, especially not hybrid or Nomad weaponry. While we have use for Nomad remains, we really can't offer any technology in that front that the Order doesn't already have. We have a much greater use for Azurite Gas and Cryo-Organisms, if you're willing to obtain them.

I must ask; why the interest in Nomad research? I thought the Order had their own research division. Why would they want anything with us, much less ME of all people - post Order operative and contractor gone derelict. Regardless of that, I would not decline some level of exchange for some of our tech; that is if you're interested.

We all have a past that we are not proud of, it's opportunities like this that give people another chance at doing the right thing. The Overwatch might not want to do business with you, but me and my organization are good at giving second chances and we are extending that to you now. The Order does have a research division, our organization while still order does not have our own specific labs we can pick up and go. They are controlled by the Overwatch and having a third party we can trust is something I can't pass an opportunity on obtaining. I don't think it should be a problem to obtain those materials you are requesting. What kind of tech is IRG willing to share? Oh and if we are going to work together, Call me Stephen.

We'd be willing to share anything listed specifically in this communique. We have use of anything listed in the accepted section. As for Nomad remains, we'd prefer to order that stock specifically, as the need for equipment constructed from their incorporation is expensive in itself to produce.

As for the future, we may expand our horizons to make conventional equipment inspired by Nomad tech, but that is a long way away, simply because of the moral conflict involved within the company and where we do business.

I will note this information and I wish to inform you that I am working on another angle to get a supply line of Cryo-Organism to your door step.

On a side note, We wish to know if IRG has a claim on the Zoner "Osprey" and if our organization is allowed to purchase and use them for our cause. I heard rumors they are open to the Market but before we roll them out I wish to ask your permission first.

Good news, and in good time.

As for our long-range escort vessel, they are on the market, and we have the right to re-obtain these vessels should they be misused. I have no doubt that you'll use them properly, so feel free to purchase and use them to combat Nomad threats. That aside, we would prefer you do not use said vessels against human targets. The last thing we need is part of our reputation being smeared from letting them fall into the wrong hands.

I personally prefer them because they have plenty of room while still being efficient for combat.

The Natio Octavarium has agreed to our terms! It is such a good feeling to have established a supply line for a ally that has the dedication and commitment to Humanity. On another more pressing note, I have a request, one that I hope you can approve. Our relationship is growing and I feel that flying proudly your technology on The Neteru The Legacy of Orillions first Osiris, would be a huge testament to our friendship. I for one believe your Battleship Primary weapons prove to be one of the best weapons for the Nomad Threat. I hope you feel the same as I do.

While I'm rather lenient on the idea of allowing the Legacy of Orillion to use some of our finest accomplishments against the Nomad threats, we don't exactly produce these things in mass. We can make them per order, and knowing the Osiris typically utilizes five primary cannons, it wont be too difficult. It will simply take time.

There are a few options for you to get them. Simply, one is raw credits. A payment of 20,000,000 per cannon would sufficiently compensate us for our time, and we could inform you when they are completed. However, you could find someone to ship, including yourselves, the required materials. Alternatively, you could do a combination of both. We could evenly consider each unit and find a price based on it to complete, and charge you based on what materials we ship, while leaving compensation reduction for everything shipped by your own parties.
