He clears his throat before continuing, "I'll keep it brief for thee: We'd like to procure from thee five of thy esteemed 'Oder' gunboats for our company's use.
"We are a legitimate eco-tourism company whose desires include an ever-expanding roster of security-details ships, and for said ships to be more... nature-themed. It just merely-so happens that thy gunboat hulls are furnished an interesting green. With a few adjustments, they would oh-so-fit with our greener, pardon the pun, motives. 'Twould also be quite the impression to have thy gunboats under GOAT captains protecting endearing tourists in our Rheinland Tours, encouraging more people to pour investments into thy beloved house.
"We of course will pay in full for said gunboats' basic hulls and equip them, at our own expense, to Dragoon-class specs, such as utilizing cleaner, less toxic engines. We will also grant thee universal tracking beacons on every gunboat and provide thee their names to make sure they're always within thy sight and not doing any less-than-lawful acts. We also promise that we will operate them mainly either within thy house and its allies at most, or in the borderworlds at the very least."
