Several months ago I had the opportunity to speak with Director Jacob Taylor about a possible collaboration with the ORG. Unfortunately, despite my multiple attempts to contact Director Taylor, I did not manage to reestablish contact. I did visit the bar on Akabat in which we last met, but it seems no one has seen him for some time now.

During my last visit, to Akabat my long range sensors detected an SOS signal that was coming from quadrant G1. Although weak, the signal lead me to an Abandoned Luxury Liner locked in Tingar's orbit. On a preliminary scan it seems that although a bit damaged, with a bit of help it might be repaired and made fully functional again.

Most probably, you are all aware about what happened to the Consensus Complex that was situated in Omicron Kappa. After the Gammuian Attack, the Consensus was forced to relocated most of its departments to other installations. One of them, was the Edgeworld University, an organization that aims at improving higher education in the Omicrons.

Since the University is a completely non-combatant organization, we've had trouble securing a base in a safe system. And now the main reason of the message: The University would like to know, if it would be possible (should The Order Overwatch not find another purpose for the said Liner) to repair and relocate its staff aboard the Liner.

RE: Your request

First of all, its been a long time since I last had communications with yourself, mr Regis. I believe the last time was during the Carthage incident when I tried to coordinate humanitarian aid with yourself. In light of this, I choose to get my hands on this transmission before anyone else could. I cannot see a reason to deny your request for maintaining that liner, but I have to stress that we can't always protect it.

There are a few terms to this unfortunately, but I have to set these in order to keep the security of the system high. They are as follows:

As always, when looking for supplies, keep in mind that the system of Omicron Epsilon is off limits to everyone but the Blood Dragons, GC and Bundschuh. Any unauthorized ships found there are destroyed on sight.
Acces to Omicron Mu is limited to ships belonging to the Zoners, Blood Dragons, Bundschuh, SCRA / Coalition, GMG, GC, IMG, ALG and the Lane Hackers. Any supplies should be gathered by either yourself, or contractors from beforementioned organizations.
Your installation will not provide refuge to any organizations that are hostile to the Order, including but not limited to The Core, Auxesia and House Intel Organizations. Others can be found here.
Your installation will -not- contain any Nomad related materials, without prior permission and conference with the Order Overwatch. This is to limit the chance of exposure to potential infestation. Any beneficial results will be shared with the Order so that we may find more ways to beat back this hostile menace.

Provided you stick to these three terms, there is no problem in maintaining your university there. Any outside students you may have should be escorted in by either your own ships or any Order vessel, to make sure they don't wander off into the restricted areas. Admiral Shepard,

I would like to start by thanking you. As soon as we manage to get everything up and running we shall set the IFF to Order IFF. This means that although all Order ships can freely dock, all the rest of our guests will have to be cleared before getting access. This being said, I will be forwarding the list of visitors several weeks before their visits. They will get cleared to land only after receiving a response to their background checks. By doing this, I hope we can eliminate all and every inconveniences that might arise during our presence in Mu.

That being said, we are currently transferring equipment and workers to the Liner. Repairs should not take more than a week, we hope that everything will be ready in about 4-5 days. Once we have full control of it, we will invite and Order team to assess/advise us on what security measure we should be taking.
