Zoners, in Exchange of the ragtag fleet's help, given them this small area to have people across Sirius. There was a woman over a table that was thrown there randomly, at least it seemed so. The Recruitment brochure over the table, which was a heavily cannibalized version of IMG recruitment brochures, sat there, waiting for people to fill them.
