Designer: Vagrant Raiders, Hellfire Legion, Lane Hackers Inner Circle
Builder: Vagrant Raiders, Hellfire Legion, Lane Hackers Inner Circle
Commanding Officer: Harold Kane (821-824), formerly John Petrucci (810-818)
Executive Officer: Tobiah Nitzan (821-824), formerly James LaBrie (810-818)
Commissioned: 810 A.S. (First Vagrant Fleet)
Equipment: Standard era-appropriate anti-capital weapons loadouts. Grade C8 hull reinforcements. Wide-area hyperspace jump drive (822-824).

Description: The Metropolis is the historical flagship of the Vagrant Raiders and later Natio Octavarium. It held design lineage to the original series of Spyglass-class dreadnoughts, and contained an active, fully functional Spyglass core and array. Originally commanded by Overlord John Petrucci, the flagship was under the care and leadership of Taskmaster Harold Kane after its reconstruction. The Metropolis was critically damaged due to stresses from battle and freestanding maintenance in 824 A.S. and was disassembled for parts before the Octavarium exodus. The hull of the ship was scuttled.

The ship was critically damaged and lost in 818 A.S. at the Battle of Freeport One. No attempts were made to reclaim its hull, as its last known position was dangerously close to the sun’s corona. As Harold Kane once said, Jada would have wanted it to go out that way.
